Christ is king, that isn't antisemitism, that is a fact. Matthew 27:37, Revelation 19:16.
Right, and no one who says "Allahu Akbar" ever does so after doing something bad. If a person uses God's name, and honor, for their own purpose, that is the definition, of taking the Lord's name in vain. It is clear that many people are using "Christ is King" to harass, to blame, and to bring up supposed weaknesses of the constitution/enlightenment/liberalism. Unless destroying the constitution, blaming Jews, and harassing the DW/Jews, are all God's purpose, using his name for those things, is, absolutely, taking the Lord's name in vain. Also, this started with a clear dialectical trap, and has continued through Motte-and-bailey tactics, same tricks and traps the bad guys love. You would have to be insane to think God want's us to use those traps and tricks against each other.
Christ is getting no glory from this saga. The important truth of ‘Christ is King’ is being used as a political weapon by many… against those whom God loves and gave his precious son to save.
What a poor witness to the world this is. What a stumbling block to Jewish people across the world in desperate need of a Savior. I am appalled and my heart breaks for those who may be turned away from a personal revelation of Christ as Lord and Savior because of this thoughtless campaign by my fellow Christians against the DW.

The definition of taking the Lords name in vain, is to use Gods name, and honor, for your own purpose. Many of the people saying "Christ is King" are doing so as an intentional provocation, to blame people, or to side with the Christian Nationalists against the constitution/enlightenment/liberalism. there can be no doubt of that, because many of the conversations about this, literally turn into a critique of liberalism, and about how, it's good, to harass Jews, and blame them for the worlds problems. A Russian film about 12 years ago dramatized the Moscow exterminations just before WWII by focusing on an officer in charge of a group of executioners at a hidden execution site. The film portrayed apparently one of many smaller operations carried out throughout the region, this one in the basement of a factory that could only accommodate 4 at a time by pistols at close range. It was completely gruesome and unreal showing bewildered normal people arriving, quickly shot, then the mechanization of using chains and conveyor belts to move the bodies out and into trucks, while staff feigned compassion to the prisoners the whole time. Victims were both genders and all ages including children. The film ends with the officer going insane after 2 weeks. My description here is actually cleaned up so it stays posted but we'll see.

Constant paranoia mixed with ruthlessness. During the worst of it, there were quotas placed on the party leaders for eliminating or arresting enemies of the state. This forced those leaders to make up charges on anyone and everyone just to fill the quota. If they pushed back on this issue, they would soon join the victims (their families as well).

Posting here since there is no path to contact Morning Wire. Morning Wire dropped the ball on the report about self-check being removed from stores. The company line is that they are returning full service to their customers because it's the right thing to do : full price, full service. The Wire happily took the company's PR releases and ran with it. A bit of simple reporting would find that the reason for the removal is amount of theft at the self-check machines is so great, that it is financially better for the companies to make the change. But that's what companies do. They are there to make money, not to do the right thing. This was such an obvious blunder of a story.
