@@omkar2311if you think an image is just an image, you DO NOT have what it takes to make meaningful abstract art.
When you become truly skilled at art you realize that art is not about the skill, it is about the meaning of the work.
This is why so many artists, including PICASSO first show their technical skills then transition to abstract. To prove this very point.

I love this work! And i love abstract art, so many people don't realize that art is about the meaning and emotions that a person feels as they make their work and assume it's all about skill. I've done art for years and to me as long as you have passion in your art you are as good as any other artist. People paint with paint and artist paint with their souls. I truly love your works and the drive you have to create.

    • @ultimate_potato1
      @ultimate_potato1 2 місяці тому

      @@I_dont_judge_but
It's a description of an emotion. The way the paint is almost in a box like shape yet it spreads sharply across the canvas and outside the box it's not smooth or silky but jagged and chaotic like almost a serene melancholy followed by panic against the white background. Abstract art is an independent art that can be as complex as a vibe of a construct and in that way it's up to the individual what they feel from a picture, like a language without words.

don’t listen to the mean comments about this art, they’re insecure in their own art and i doubt they actually even have done art aside from a high school credit. that painting is amazing it has so many things going on but at the same time it’s calm and maybe there isn’t anything, it’s perfectly abstract :) keep painting and doing your thing ✨

How is this even an art?
Just throwing some balls at random and that's it? An art is something that makes you feel you are living that picture at that moment. What are you feeling here? A banana looking building which got absolutely distorted by that black lines?💀

@@paramveersingh663 they used a vague term but I’ll try to interpret it.
Could anybody make this? Yes, but that’s not the point, anybody could make any “great” masterpiece given enough time. Give this canvas, paints, tools etc to a million different people and they’ll all do something at least slightly different with them. Art is a form of self expression and every person is unique, every piece is a small reflection of that person and that’s beautiful.
I must ask though, why the condescending tone? Why does it genuinely bother you so much that somebody made a piece that’s not to your taste? Can people not enjoy things that you do not?

At the end of the day, for some it might just be few blobs of color in a blank canvas. But by seeing the finished work, I can envision an image.
☆ The linemarks made via the frame remind me of crossroads, like an intersection.
☆ The colored hues and strokes made via the pebbles look like people, in all shapes and sizes and quite literally colors too, overlooking the city/town/urban landscape in front of them.
☆The faint strokes, via the frame towards the top of the canvas looks like an unknown and incomplete route. It is reminiscent of some path we choose which determines the untold future.
The basis of the piece was probably not all that deep and simply experimental but still, I find it interesting to derive some meaning out of such an unconventional piece.

This process looks really fun: one shouldn’t dismiss the fact that art is for the artist to enjoy too. I guess we’re used to thinking of panting as something a lot more intentional, carefully constructed because every detail has a purpose. At the very least, it’s interesting to wonder if chance and unpredictability can have a role in creating a painting.

I love it when people don’t understand how interpretive art works. The idea that art has to be inherently pleasing to the eye to be appreciated is so absurd. No, the art may not have taken that much time. But do we listen to a song bird and proclaim it is not a singer simply because it does not take time and practice? A painting does not need months of work to be placed into it to be considered good. There are plenty of paintings out there made solely for the sake of getting money, none of which exhibit the understanding of angles and lines that this piece does. This piece is not the best I have ever seen, but it shows an understanding of interpretive art, diagonals, motion, and color composition. I would gladly hang this in my house, simply because I find it pleasing.
And no, your toddler could not in fact make this. Grow up.

I'm sorry but the first step she showed was literally random, she threw some balls with paint and let it course by itself, I don't believe that all the lines created had some intended meaning. The way she used the frame with some leftover paint without even altering it to make diagonals didn't help
