And we shouldn’t aspire to look like anyone. Easier said than done obviously but it’s true. So asking someone what they did to achieve whatever it is they achieved is kind of stupid. Everyone’s body is different and each body needs different things. It’s insane to try to copy what one person does to try to look like them because your metabolism, fat distribution, digestive system etc. could require something totally different.
