    Ma'm can you pls tell me the reason, mei jitna meditation krti hu utna hi mei sleepy feel krti hu ... why I feel so sleepy after any meditation

      Yes it can be exhausting. During Meditation there is lots of energy change so your body frequency also is high. Lot of emotional catharsis also happens. And at the end you feel relaxed. So you feel sleepy.
