I’ve been on the mend. I was admitted into the hospital on the 27th of December and I was released from the hospital on December 31st New Year’s Eve. I had a very bad flu and I was severely dehydrated. They pumped bags of fluid in my arm to hydrate me. But that God I am better and getting better each and every day. I thank God for His healing power! I am still mending, but the Lord has my back!

I'll fast & pray. i just fasted through Christmas. No food for like 8 days but I still drink coffee with sugar. Like 10lbs of sugar a month. Ewe. Fasting is very powerful for our health. Jesus tells us to fast.
Nice!...ive been doing intermittent fasting a few days a week for a few years....Its a gamechanger.....I cut fast food, most processed food and added sugars as well...Add some workout to the mix and rhe results will be undeniable!

Our bodies were not designed to constantly consume. Intermittent fasting will help many people's bodies heal. In Jesus name!
