I have the same routine as you. And I receive many compliments about my skin. If you consistently do a morning and evening routine, you will see a difference in a couple weeks. But the key is CONSISTENCE!
1- internal hydration in form of water 2- external hydration in form of HA and snail mucin, moisturizers 3- sun protection 4- retinoids I came here to see what i can do for my skin, I'm lacking at point 2 also have cystic acne

Consistently moisturizing (with a good moisturizer) on damp skin has helped me too. Tretinoin has definitely helped smooth out my skin. My skin reflects light so much better now!

None of it will work in a dry climate. These products also require moisture in the air however if you live somewhere where there is no moisture in the air, the products can't give you the benefit that they are meant to provide.

I work in a hospital. I work nights and typically my shifts are about 16 hours. So I get limited sleep and have limited time to eat so end up going with the quicker things,which are usually less than healthy.
