I guess I am not the only one who noticed how similar Wavygyaza and Tatsumaki are. I remember Murata draws Tats as an idol and the AI Tats commercial was giving off idol vibes. There is a chance Tats will fight Wavygyaza later in the series. Maybe something dumb created by Saitama: Idols are amazing lol

At the time of that remark/recognition, not necessarily. It might be because of their (Suiryu and Saitama) similarities (relaxed and carefree) that he was able to see Saitama's strength.
