Tore Up Tailpiece

The trapeze tailpiece on the Texas Junkpile has a two-strike rap sheet. With a cigar box guitar neck scrap and some cowboy reverse engineering, this fix should hold for at least a day or two.

Great advice on how to reinforce the bottom end of a hollow body. When the video first started, I was thinking of curved washers, but your idea was.jist as good and easier to make work. Fantastic solution!

Did this guitar already have a tail block inside to which the sides were glued. I’m surprised if didn’t.
