First day of MTB season - Riding new trails at Montebello

- Thursday night I heard that Montebello Velo was opening! Friday morning I woke up early and started the 3 hour drive. I was so stoked to finally get out on the MTB.
The dirt at Montebello is sandy, which allowed it to dry out quicker than my main areas, Camp Fortune and MSM. Overall, I'm stoked I checked it out, but once the bigger mountains open up I'll be going to those in stead.
3 hours drive was a bit much for a day trip, but if you live closer or are driving by, then there is no reason not to enjoy these beautiful trails! Go check them out :)
Montebello is amazing and still very new, lots of potential for the future!

I ended going to Montebello yesterday (Sunday) and I totally agree, if other mountains were open I'd go there instead.
Thinking of heading to Mont Saint Marie some time this year, would be cool to ride together at some point!!!

It’s my second hydra. 1st one has been on my dj for years no issues.
