Kung ang reason para mag middle east muna is para may pang gastos for nclex processing, thats not bad at all. Pero kung waiting ka na lang ng PD, i would like to agree with sir marv. In my opinion, pointless na rin kasi waiting na lang eh. Based on our own experience, hindi rin po madali dito sa middle east. You will also start from scratch. The process is not easy and cheap. Gagastos ka din for your licensing. There is also no guarantee na makakapasok ka sa big or government hospitals. Competition is very high vs other nationalities. Here in uae, new nurses in private facilities earn around 70-90k in pesos. Expenses are not cheap too. For nurses na waiting na lang for their PD, as much as possible enjoy the time that you can spend with your family and friends. Thats something you cant take back anymore. Kung ano lang kaya maipon for pocket money, kakayanin nio yan. And if its for a good cause, wala masama kung mangungutang. Bastat magbayad muna bago mag flex. ☺️☺️☺️☺️ think of it as an investment. Just my opinion based on my experience. Thanks mogu marv for making contents that are always helpful for aspiring usrn.
Agree. This will help improve communication skills. As for bedside experience, it is not needed really. They will train you here until you are comfortable to be on your own. Usually. Not guaranteed but most facilities will train you. Goodluck everyone.
To tell you honestly, ang greatest advantage lang naman of working in acute bedside sa pinas after passing nclex eh yung kukunat ka emotionally at mentally.
