I think for Dan, the sentence "depends on how much you pay me", the payment it is not alway in money, may also be in friendship, attention, love, care, etc. In my point of view it is how much do you value that person in your life. :)

If that person is devaluing your life, then all of that love is nothing but trouble.

Ensure that you are compensated with money for your time (in work) and concentrate on your real clients and not pretend to be nice and suffer a financial loss on time wasters.

Helping others when they do not even ask is something I regret doing, just to be nice doesn't make life better. Sometimes one has to say NO or think what are the benefits of me helping this person.

Just completed my Circle. This was a brilliant insight! Usually I tried to get back to everyone in 24 hours and ended up in needless chatters sometimes. I really value myself more than to end up distracted or responding to people who really aren't my priority. And it also made me realise that there is no problem if I can't reply in a half a day. Thank you for another eye-opener, Dan.

@danlok I'm a big fan of your channel and I listen in as often as I can. I'm from Nigeria and I really do not appreciate that comment about my country thank you. Our government has worked hard to clean up that image and you bringing it here with the amount of views you have on your channel wasn't the best way. Love and light.

More than motivation, you give methods that help people learn how to fish on our own rather than to depend on others. You are more than inspiration. You are a helping soul who want to see people around you succeding.

Dan I really loved this. The circles make a lot of sense esp when you think about how valuable your time is and where you spend it. I think the one thing most of us have to get out of our system is to stop being so nice and accommodating to everyone because we were raised to be nice and help others all the time. Our time is the most expensive thing we have in our lives because once spent we will never get it back. And we need to be wise where we put it and with whom too.
Great video and Thank you again for the link and all the Awesome knowledge you give us to help us become the best we can be in life.

Im in new home sales. We are a mid to high end builder and people keep coming to me trying to compare my prices to low end budget builders. We build above the low end builders luxury level. It fucks me off that people ask me for discounts. I never give discounts. Everyone eats at mh table and we provide exceptional customer service. I am one on one the whole way up until they get thier keys. Im not the budget bitch who takes a deposit and sends them on their way. I wont lower my service, standard or quality to make us like everyone else. How do i nicely tell customers to fuck off when theh keep pestering me about price and being "expensive". Which we are not.. especially when you compare apples to apples.
