In this video, you'll learn how to perform a Windows 7 operation with the Fluke optical cable assembly.
To enable the Fluke optical cable assembly USB to be operative on your computer, you need to ensure your COM port is COM8 or lower. To change the COM port number,
1. Go into Device Manager
2. Click on the USB Serial Port
3. go into the Port Settings Tab
4. Click Advanced
5. In the COM port number field, select a COM port that is available and lower than COM8 (recommend selecting COM2)
6. Click okay
To install the driver, visit ftdichip.com and download a VCP driver that is compatible with your desktop.
The Fluke OC4USB USB Interface Cable is a safety-designed interface cable that connects the optically-isolated serial interface port of a ScopeMeter® or Power Quality Analyzer to a standard USB-interface on your PC. Optical isolation allows you to float your instrument at mains voltages or beyond, while being connected to your PC. The Fluke OC4USB is compatible with the Fluke 120 Series and Fluke 190 Series ScopeMeter® test tools, as well as the 43, 43B and 430 Series Power Quality Analyzers.

You skipped over the only thing I wanted to know (to save time). ....Where to get the driver?
This may also be helpful: Fluke Power Log 4.3.1 did not show an available COM port in the top left drop down of the application. I closed Power Log, and opened the Device Manager. Windows 7 showed the USB/serial interface under Device Manager-->Universal Serial Bus controllers. However, there was no listing for "Ports (COM & LPT)". I opened the properties of the USB Serial Converter, selected the Advanced tab, then checked the box for "Load VCP". I selected OK, then I restarted the computer. When the computer was rebooted, I opened the Device Manager again. Now the USB Serial Port is listed under Ports. The COM port number was shown in parentheses in the listing. Opening the Fluke Power Log Software I was rewarded with the COM port showing up automatically. I was now able to connect my 435 and download the data.

Hello good morning, I have a problem with a fluke 97 model that is out of calibration and they have already done the three possible calibrations, there is a way that you can facilitate the process to be able to have the option of calibrating this product again, thank you very much in advance
Hi Lucca - thank you for your patience. The Fluke 97 was discontinued back in 1997 so we double checked with our Service Center to see if calibration services are still available (in some cases with discontinued products we still offer calibrations), but unfortunately, we no longer perform calibrations on the Fluke 97 and we do not provide product/rep support with that model.
We would recommend that you call in our Inside Sales team to see about a replacement product in the Fluke line today. Call 1-800-443-5853 and ask for sales. Happy testing!
