I didn't know that the cellulose fibres were laid down on a pattern formed by in-cell micro-tubules - that is, I didn't know most of what you told us, but I found this particularly interesting.
Good first effort; however you should have some additional voice coaching to deal with the way your voice is impeded by your brain injury, and some breathing exercises. Also try not to laugh in the middle of something that is supposed to be serious.
