I lost my son 2 years ago, and I'm weeping as I write this. Because the love God has for me let's me know I will see my son again. That he is up in heaven in the arms of Jesus until I'm called home. Thank you Jesus for your love, and thank you Sam for this message.
Failed a major test today, broke down and asked God “Why?”. Next thing you know this is the very first video that pops open when I click on UA-cam Father, you are good. I will never doubt you again.
Today I prayed out of frustration and worry because of what I'm going through. And I broke down and the Holy Spirit led me to and through worship. God led me to this video. Forgive me Abba ❤🔥✝️
Many times in our difficulties we question God, Why? Lord why to me. Instead of putting our hope and faith in him to take of the situation and deliver us. God bless us and save us
I pray to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit that I do not question my pain and suffering again and only take comfort in the knowledge that God is nearby. Amen.
On minute 4 I have already started to cry,the battles I am having with lonelyness, depression, lust, lazyness.I am going to sleep every night hugging the pillow, that alone I am. But it is ok,I God knows what He's doing with me!!
I am in the same boat as you. I dearly pray to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to our Father in Heaven, that may He have mercy on me and many others for these sins that we have committed. God, I have failed you but I know very well that despite my failures, faults, and weakness, you sent your only son to die for our sake. Please forgive us for our transgressions and treat us with unfailing love. Help us reject the ways of the flesh and of the world. Teach us to live for the spirit and to have greater love for you and you only. May our prayers reach your heart and be completed according to your will. I Thank You for being merciful to us even though we do not deserve it. Return soon for our sake. Amen.
Only thinking about this myself yesterday and today... We need to love Him in our nothingness as He loves us always. It's easy to love God when we are comfortable
It’s easy to praise God when things are going well. We must be willing to accept the positive and the negative. Oftentimes, it is only through adversity that we can grow spiritually. Embrace your suffering. It is difficult but knowing how much God loves us, we can be sure it is temporary.
It's in our nothingness He works His greatest works in us.... We get in His way all too often and He cannot work in us as our will is against His at times. I know He can do anything. Limited to or by nothing but we need to meet Him half way through free will
Thank you, Sam. I love our Heavenly Father, but mid-way through a tough life, and after losing two of my three children, I needed this. I have turned to the book of Job many times for comfort, and now you have brought it to life in a way that I could not - due to the sheer passion of your faith. Your work is very much appreciated. God bless you.
Sam, this is the most powerful message you've ever spoken. I'm dealing with unemployment after a wrongful termination, years of loneliness after a horrible marriage and divorce, uncertainty about my future and how I can continue in all this suffering. I'm learning to praise God through the darkness, but I have moments I just break down weeping wanting some reprise and relief. Thank you so much for this message to remind me that there is always something behind the scenes in the spiritual realm, God fighting on our behalf for those of us in Christ Jesus. I really needed this right now.
I understand fully, I am praying for you 🙏🏻 When we are broken down to nothing, God is still good. He loves us and sustains us when it seems unbearable. Hold onto Jesus with all your heart. He will not forsake you, He is with you in the fire. Our treasure is in Heaven. ❤ all my love
I am going through the same thing nobody will give me a job even when I'm qualified and there are openings . Also been healing from a broken heart . I'm currently fasting for spiritual growth and to become closer to Jesus 🙏💖 I need his help
"therefore I reject myself"... I regret discrediting you. I must proclaim your Lordship and Goodness. I will not be fooled anymore by satan, his lie that calls God a liar and withholds love from me. I trust in my Father, in his perfect Son and in the pure Holy Spirit.
The Righteous servant who suffers intense suffering points forward to Christ. We learn situations aren’t always what they seem. And God can be glorified even in the most painful of circumstances. And the end will wipe away every tear from our eyes.
Romans 8:28 and Hebrews 4:15 are some of the most powerful and comforting verses in the whole Bible. I’ve lost a beloved cousin to cancer when she was 7. I’ve lost one of my best friends to a car accident only a few weeks after he had found out he was going to be a father. My father is wasting away from cancer. My wife and I lost our first child to miscarriage. And, in it all, glory to Jesus Christ for all things. Even if I fail to see the good, I know God is good, all things will become clear, everything will be rectified, and that Jesus is not expecting more from me than He already did because He took on all of our fallen condition for our sake.
I just tuned in and was struggling with usual temptations and falls, when God spoke (clearly) through Sam's exegesis of Job! I love you Lord! You know more than even I do about me!!
Humbled. Oh God of Heaven , Glorious God, help me and others to not judge looking on the outside over others and ourselves. Gives us Wisdom and understanding through the Holy Spirit that we may not err in this matter. Amen 🙏🏼 Amen 🙏🏼 Amen 🙏🏼
Thank you brother Sam, many of us needed this message today, may the good Lord continue through his Holy Spirit to fill you it more messages like this, Amen
I didn't just happen to stumble up on this. Thank you for this beautiful word. The Lord has been speaking some things to my heart based on questions I have had about my life, and now this message. Thank you for your obedience in bringing this message forth. 🙏♥️
Job is such a profound book. It answers a deep question humanshave about asking God 'Why' or do we have a right to complain to God. even the choice of using Job as the main character is so that there can be no one else who is more 'entitled' TO complain to God. and the message of the story is AT LEAST this - that NONE of us have the right perspective on the grand scheme of things. And none of us has even close to the right perspective of GOD. it puts us into perhaps a perspective we've never had and gives new meaning to enjoyment and suffering. Job was at the end so profoundly changed, even though God gave him more gift than he previously had, it felt like a after thought, almost meaningless. And so should be our view on gain and loss in life. Praise the Lord for this amazing gift of a book!
This teaching caused me to cry a couple of times. I love my God YHWH and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. Thank you for sharing this teaching with me. God bless you through Lord Jesus Christ.
Awesome Teaching Brother Sam! KJV - Job 19 : 25 “For I Know That My Redeemer Liveth, And That HE Shall Stand At The LATTER Day Upon The EARTH:” AMEN!!!!
As I go through trials, I know my God is good and I draw near to Him, where does my help come from? Only He knows my heartache and handles me with TLC, all I can do is stand and lift my hands, thank you Jesus for your love and grace ❤
PTL … I so so needed this message with such clarity and boldness to hit home in my fainting heart this morning. He has a way out and ahead from my great pain and loss. HE is my All.❤
I don't think it's a coincidence that I been reading Job and this man at church who prayed for me mentioned Job without me telling him about me reading Job and now this video pops up on my home feed lol. God is great. ❤
Good reminder for me today! God knows what is best for us and how to get us where he needs us to be…And I asked him to do as such….but when it’s happening it’s painful. God help us to trust your process and your chastening.
Anybody ever have a terrible nightmare, that was so real and seemed to last an eternity? Well that's life and when u wake up from life with CHRIST JESUS and youre back in eternity in the LORD'S presence with no recollection of life separated from our beloved Almighty. In the book of legends of the Jews speaks why all that happened, job had started destroying all the baal altars and that entity was so angry but God protected job in a dream He told job this guy will come after you and job welcomed it job said I will keep doing this because is right and God told him if you are willing to let this guy take what is rightfully his I will replace it two fold
Thank you Sam for sharing the gospel. I just discovered you on UA-cam and have been going through various videos (sermons more accurately put). You spitting straight facts, brother! Keep it up and thank you. God bless!

Good day sir the story of Job is one of my books in the BIBLE I am so amazed at GOD in this Book.Ive never liked to pack my clothes in my cupboard then read years ago that GOD packs the seasons and take it out....the very scripture you've read made me love doing it faithfully...GOD amazed me every day.!!! How can we ever understand HIM the more you think you know the less you actually knew it makes me so hungry for HIM.
Without the Book of Job, you wouldn’t have another powerful example of a man who was righteous, who did not sin against God, yet suffered miserably, and never lost his faith. Imagine how many people who read this story through the years and kept their faith in Christ because they knew of Job.
Very good message 👏. All things work together for good. If our righteousness does not exceed the righteousness of the heathen, then we are no different from the heathen.
My brother you have some good teaching here. Thank you. May I share something deeper with you? It is common teaching that Job is an example of Christ. Perhaps you missed that in your study? In His human nature this was the mental suffering of Christ. He knew He was innocent but He was suffering greatly. On the cross He said, 'why have you forsaken Me?' It appears God the Father had Job to suffer so that he could be an example of Christ. What an eternal honor for Job ! So the story was recorded in the old scriptures so that Christ could read it as He 'grew in size and wisdom' and understand what would happen to Him and why. Also, the story of Job has served to help countless numbers of people of God to understand about suffering as a person of God. May God bless your work for Him.
I know the story of Job is extreme but suffering creates growth, many Christians have come to God in a time of extreme suffering, pain or distress and through companionship with the Lord and fellow Christians, prayer and sitting with your suffering awaiting Gods grace and mercy you gain strength and the ability to deal with pain and discomfort, it won’t SEEM that way for many whilst you are living through it, but when you are released from the pain and anguish its like nothing you will have experienced before. Thank Jesus every day
Wonderful explanation. God character is good. He is a good God. That's true people describe Him like this that a person is suffering due to their sin. Trust in lord and in His good character.
Wow, very good analysis of one of the Patriarchs of the Old Testament. The story of Job is one that can draw many sermons indeed. This is one of the best examples of God showing that His Love is greater than justice. Blessings, and peace.
