How to Sew a Gift Card Holder Stocking Stuffer

This gift card holder zipper pouch will make a great stocking stuffer! And instead of a throw away card or box, it doubles as a 2nd gift!
What you’ll need:
2 exterior fabric 4”W x 6”H
2 lining fabric 4”W x 6”H
4 pieces of desired interfacing 4”W x 6”H
1- 6” or bigger zipper

On a project like this I usually just sew about an inch or 2 on either side of the lining bottom, which would leave maybe about a 3” opening. It doesn’t have to be exact though, you really just want to leave an opening big enough to get everything turned through. As you sew more projects you’ll begin to get a feel for how big you need to leave yourself.

Hiii I'm so overwhelmed by craft stores because I'm new and don't know what to buy. Is pellon 987F ok? I bought my machine 3 weeks ago and haven't made anything yet.

987F is good to use too! Some people just have issues with it wrinkling when they turn the bag right side out. For smaller projects like this though it’s usually not too big of an issue
