I mean, otp and everything, but did anyone get the feeling that Jester was uncomfortable with Fjord kissing her in front of Veth? I mean, she told Yasha that she was planning on not kissing him again till after they’ve solved all this, and as far as we know they haven’t had a conversation clarifying anything...
Yeah, honestly, looking at her expressions, I’m not sure if Jester completely reciprocates the feelings. I feel like she is still figuring herself out and what she wants and idk, I may be reading into this too much, but it feels a little like there is some disconnect right now. Maybe that’s just my view, and don’t get me wrong, I would love for everything to work out, but she never really talked about having feelings for him again after she started maturing. I hope everything goes well though! They all deserve some happiness.
I think it was more of a "oh, I forgot to tell you I'm in a relationship" sort of deal. Nott has been the mom of the group most of the time so I can see it as Jester feeling like she should've told Nott about it when it happened, since the conversation after that is msotly Jester trying to make it look like it happened just then and not long before.

@@KM6408x I kinda got that vibe as well. She's been forced to grow up a lot and she pretends like all the dark stuff doesn't get to her but you can tell she's changed so much from that first night in that tavern. It feels a lot like Fjord was her school-girl-crush, but I genuinely believe she started to really develop feelings for Caleb. And I'm not just saying that because I want Caleb to be happy and know that he is loved, if you look at her body language and how she acts around him, there's a connection there. Caleb's put in a lot of emotional work with her and his gifts to her have been stunning and captivating and perfect. He's not just a pretty face, he took the time to get to know her and help her through her dark times and learned what makes her happy. I ADORE Laura and Travis roleplaying falling in love, I think it's so sweet and romantic and beautiful, but Jester has been hesitant to say anything or really commit to it, and I think it's because she's really unsure of how she feels now. Having her first kiss is sweet and a big moment, but I feel like she might be having second thoughts or at least conflicting emotions. Or I could be completely wrong lol. Always a possibility.
