  • Who is the better cook? The husband or wife?
    In today`s video, Joshua and I had a cooking face off to see who can cook the best curry dish! Joshua made some Lamb Curry where I made some Beef Japanese curry!
    We were both given 1 hour 30mins to cook up our best dishes,. However, Joshua decided to cheat a little and a helper to help him out! It was really fun to see how far technology has come! I was really surrprise how quickly and how easy it is to cook with the help of a Chef Robot!
    Overall, the results were not what we expected! If you want to see what happened, make sure to stick till the end!
    Hope You Enjoyed The Video ♡

      It is!! If you never try before, it's actually not spicy. Usually on the sweeter side. But very delicious too

  • @mildnomsed
    @mildnomsed 3 місяці тому

    In my opinion, Japanese curry is milder, less spicy, less hot. Just like most Japanese cuisine, simplicity is key. As for Malaysian/Singaporean curry, we go through decades of chinese, malay and peranakan influence... our curry is more spicy and hotter 🔥 something for small portion, i prefer using the mortar and pestle to grind the ingredients... it is more fragrant that way. Both Japanese and Malaysian curry are equally good. There are days i prefer milder curry, there are days i prefer intense flavor curry. 😂❤❤❤

    • @MalayPanTV
      @MalayPanTV  3 місяці тому +2

      You are right!! Japanese curry is actually more towards the sweeter side not too much of the spice! Honestly, I never really knew how to enjoy curry until I came to Malaysia! Banana leaf if one of my favorite dish here because of the aroma of the spices 😋

    How to make an infomercial, while making it look like a cooking challenge.
    It was never about the cooking.
    But both dishes looked good.
    Although i don't think the Japanese curry would be better than the Indonesian, if it would have been cooked in the Tokit.
    Indonesian dishes are just too good.
    I'll be making beef rendang for tonight. Spicy beef, stewed in coconut milk. In a Dutch oven.
    Stir fried veggies in a sweet and sour sauce and Basmati rice to go with that.
