i was at this gig! I was right near the front, absolutely amazing set that night - you should check knights of cydonia from that same gig, i lost my voice and got absolutely battered in the pits, but i'd do it all again if i was given the chance!
They are english, from Teignmouth, Devon. Then you should totally check out Citizen Erased, it's my favourite song from my favourite album from my favourite band of all time.
in some of the performances you cannot tell if Matt is screaming or the electric guitar. their performances are a practise in flawless energy and consumate musicianship .you forget where you are and your body leans to their Siren call. my lungs inflate and my response to their call leaves me replete. it's a marathon standing in one spot.their musical ability is a tribute to the artists they respect and are inspired by.
This gig was unreal, so glad I was able to go. At the start they had a bunch of people walk through the crowd with huge flags. And the stage was crazy.
This is a 2009 song on the (great) Resistance album Damn this 2010 stadium Tour was great! Uprising was opening the show, and it started (before this video starts) with a sort of a riot, people entering the stadium with megaphones, flags, masks, pyros, panels & stuff, so impressive while being not far from the barriers!
"As an older person listening to this, you can change", hahaha! When I discovered Muse in 2000, I was 30! Now I'm 52. One thing for sure, I will not ever change my love for Muse and now you know why I guess. Keep on reviewing their songs, like it a lot!
One thing you have to realise is that Muse are often simultaneously taking the piss whilst playing brilliant music. There's just so much good music from Muse, you are going to have fun. Look at something like Knights of Cydonia or Plug In Baby from the Live in Rome concert if you want to get a good stadium vibe. You'll have 10 people give you 5 different songs each due to there being so many good ones.
This song was released the year after the financial crisis and the album was based off George Orwells 1984 novel. So yeah a very political album, even more so than other albums
They formed the band in Devon. Check out hysteria, hyper music, new born, citizen erased, the handler, butterflies and hurricanes. These are all bangers and there are so many more :)
My suggestion for your next Muse reaction is Survival, live at Rome Olympic Stadium. It's the official song of the London 2012 Olympics. A true champion!😁
Muse is one of the bands my mom introduced me to as a child and since coming out as a queer person this hits just a little different and just that much harder for me
The synthy part IS really a bit like DW, the 'spooky' ,'sc-ifi' feel is out there for sure. In the creating of video Matt even said the effect reminds him of a UFO. 😄
Just so you know.. whenever I’m having a hard day… I tend to come to these videos where I get to remember how much I was right and you were wrong… for almost a year I told you how good this band was… it was so much fun seeing you reluctantly become a fan 😂😂 check out “survival” live, it’s a lot of fun
Is "Interesting" code for "WTF was that?" 🤔(j/k) All very talented, and play a diff style than most, but in this world, that's exactly whats needed!! They make it work! 💪
they are 🔥🔥 live, I was at this tour, in the Netherlands, seem them live like 5 times, then they made madness and went the wrong way IMO, but glad they are back with wont stand down ✌
Hopefully you get to the last track(s) as well from this album, Exogenesis Symphony parts 1, 2 and 3. it's 3 tracks, but listen to all 3 at once. There's a lyric video on youtube for that. In a similar vein, the globalist on their 2015 album. Drones is amazing, esp Glastonbury 2016 version. Enjoy the muse journey, there's lots to discover.
@@infin8reactions ooh I love it! I have a tattoo of the lyrics “when life leaves us blind, love keeps us kind” on my forearm. LP and Muse are my two favourite band 🥰
Fact you know a BLACK LACE DRUM BEAT IS REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. OH GOD werent those the gawd awful band who did AGADOO. Typical 80s/90s skin tight white tenmis shorts and bleach blonde Lamall mullets
I'm from northern England.... I went to Blackpool a lot.... Black lace were on at Blackpool A LOT 😂😂😂😂 oh my ears 😂😂😂😂 Yes they did agadoo unfortunately 😂😂😂😂
Matt's charisma is one of the things that make seeing Muse live so entertaining. You never know what he's gonna do, lmao. And yeah, they're English.
Bliss at live 8 has one of my favourite matt bellamy moments of all time, he sounds unreal. Would love to see your reaction to it.
They sure know how to make great music and sound amazing on stage too 👍
Happy you enjoy MUSE, welcome to the universe of live masterpiece 💣🎸
Assassin live at the Mayan!
Another awesome choice Sarah. These guys are soooooo good
Nice.. New born live from Wembley next

Best gig I ever went to set list was amazing.

Same, Citizen erased will never be topped

Peak Muse. Double necked guitar, headless bass played by beatlejuice. Sparkling suit for Matt. A Fleur-de-lis drumkit. This is a band at their peak.

When they play live, they rift hard! That's why they are better live than studio

This song is from the album The Resistance and is all about george orwells 1984

I like his voice
If you want the greatest sensation of all time, listen " Map Of The Problematique " live at Wembley (Live HAARP) 👌

People can absolutely change. Welcome to a new world brother. It is the best place to be today. I promise that. peace
They wrote this song after the very first G20 summit, they knew what was coming
Would love to see you react to Dead Inside, Neutron Star Collision and Madness please! Muse in concert is on my bucket list!
My suggestion for your next Muse reaction is Survival, live at Rome Olympic Stadium. It's the official song of the London 2012 Olympics. A true champion!😁
You really can pick out any song from that concert if not the bloody lot.
Yes Lee they are from Devon.
Muse is one of the bands my mom introduced me to as a child and since coming out as a queer person this hits just a little different and just that much harder for me
I love this reaction because it is also known as the “Sarah Was Right” reaction

Shut up!! 😎🔥
It’s ok to be wrong. It happens a lot for you, you should be used to it by now
@@lizziev4510 yeah the day I let you into my emails........ That was stupid and wrong.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@infin8reactions … ok true.. that was probably the most stupidest thing you’ve ever done
With this one you weren't sad. (no one is indifferent to Bellamy) this song is from 2009. Later I see the others 😀😀

All very talented, and play a diff style than most, but in this world, that's exactly whats needed!! They make it work! 💪
And now you can simply goes to "Dead Star"...!
React to “Plug in baby” and “Knights of Cydonia” at Olimpic Stadium 2013 and “Citizen Erased” at Vieilles Charrues 2015….

The live shows are great bud head for the ROME shows, cheers.
Is that the Chester Bennington flames tattoo on your forearm?
Yes! And there's a Chester portrait above it 😁
Check it out here 🙂
