i'm from Tassie... got this album with the live bonus disc and had no idea it was from the Corner Hotel in Richmond!! I've seen so many bands there since moving to Melbourne... never Unwritten Law, but got to see them at HiFi on Swanston St a few years back

Sooo fucking sick! UL at there fucking prime!! All fucking shredding it!! Wade definitely a top 3 drummer in the world at that time no doubt some of the best I’ve ever seen! Whole band was on point!!

Fuck yeah. I'm glad other people can see what an excellent drummer Wade is. Definitely the best out of the 90's punk scene out of any band in the world. I never realised it at the time as a teenager, but a few years back I was watching a UL vid on here and realised holy shit, he is amazing. Never goes overboard, uses the whole drum kit, never sloppy or out of time. He is like the 90's version of Chuck Biscuits. I saw UL a few times in the late 90's in Sydney and they were always great. Still have this VHS also!
They have a new album out called "the hum". It's pretty good shit
