    Can you do a video showing off your mobile shelving rack? What's on it, the casters you use, the hangers... Stuff like that.
    Edit- I'm referring to the soap refill storage rack in most of your videos, with all the cloths/brushes and leaf blowers on it

      Yes please! I've watched so many videos trying to screenshot it !

    Hi, Love your videos :), Can you do a 2024 video on how you got started, and then a really in depth of how you bought your wash bay, the edits you made and how others should get started. I am a 15 year old that has been doing pressure washing for a year and want to have my own wash bay in the UK when i am older and would love a guide on how to do that. And also, even though others have probably mentioned, a tour of your shelving rack with your leaf blower, products etc.

    Another question I had is what would you recommend you do if you have to store it in freezing temperatures?

    Love your channel and Content! It somehow is super inspiring and makes me want to just do what you do! LOL I think it is due to all the cool tools you use and how you build and configure everything according to what you need. Thank you for all you do!

    great video amazing washer!
    is there a way we can swap the washer tip orifice to an 8 or 9.0 tip to drop the psi down to like 1800 psi or is there a valve on the machine that does it. also can you test a couple orifice tips in a video to see if you can lower the pressure c and get more flow?.
    not that it doesn't have a ton of either! 😅

    Do you use an ICM time delay relay? If so which one? Great video btw, been waiting for a good technical video of the wiring and pressure piping. Also how do you choose the psi of the pressure switches when building a pressure washer?

    • @ChemX
      @ChemX  6 місяців тому +1

      Thanks! We use a 24vac relay from Prime Technology which is actually pretty local to my shop here, I've had very good luck with them plus they are simple and easy to swap out if needed. It's resistor controlled to set the 15 second delay, which is alright but I do like to be able to tweak the delay times on the go, I might switch that up down the road.

    • @ChemX
      @ChemX  6 місяців тому +1

      On the PSI switches I just like to see a very high PSI rating even beyond the rating we really need, we use Italian ps6 switches right now rated for 5070PSI at 167 degrees, and the 363PSI switch point seems to function well for this layout

  • @MegaMajormax
    @MegaMajormax 3 дні тому

    Is the time delay relay configurable in how long you can set it to wait?

    You should ditch that cheaper water filter and install a DF07550 Inline Water Filter by General Pump. No leaky then 😂

    • @ChemX
      @ChemX  6 місяців тому +1

      My belt driven models use that filter, I've seen those fail more often unfortunately, I'm def looking for a better solution for my machines

    Just wait until you get into controlling the motor with a VFD! Then you can adjust rpm’s and therefore flow to whatever you want.

    • @Eighty8Fitter
      @Eighty8Fitter 6 місяців тому

      It would save on large LRA. Just need transducers and a VFD !

    • @ChemX
      @ChemX  6 місяців тому

      I have a VFD out back that I've been playing with, was able to make my power washer rev lol, pretty fun I should bust that out for a video🤔

      You would love mine even more. I have Stars, Stripes, and Snake Oil each running through separate ST-160’s. Electric high pressure ball valves are on each one and a 4th valve is a bypass for just water. On a touch screen I just select which of the 4 I want and can dial any GPM from 2.5 up to 6.5. Also have DI filters and a bypass connected using electric ball valves. Everything is installed in an attic above the garage and controlled from a touchscreen in garage. I have electric reels mounted on garage ceiling with 12v motors for retract.

      Ok you got the job when can you start lol. Can you send me pics of that set up I'm really really curious now lol, I'm at orders@chem-x.com😁👏💯

      @@ChemX email sent. Another advantage of VFD is that you can set ramp up time. When I pull the trigger rather than going from off to full speed instantly like a normal AC motor, it will go from 0 to the desired speed over a 3 second ramp up. This makes it much more controllable.
