When our two youngest sons were 24 and 25, the 24 year old got his brother the pink bunny suit for Christmas. It was ridiculous, he's 6 ft. tall. We laughed and laughed when he put it on. Your Ralphie gift is AWESOME!🎖🏆🏅

It really was a fun collaboration...I questioned my entire room concept when I opened the little Ralphie, and I panicked and thought..Oh no...I need to do better! In my own home we unwrap one at a time but then I let the paper sit on the living room floor for a few hours and just bask in the crazy magical mess for a bit...my mom would never stand for that! However, when I go back to Texas for Christmas..she's there waiting with the bag!

I suggested on Jolene’s channel for her to make a “fragile” freight box. I am so glad you made one. I want to make one for the attic space. My lamp came with small size shredded paper. The perfect size for “packing materials”. My brother is a fan of the movie. He used to have a life size leg lamp. I am planning on sending him a photo of the leg lamp through my dollhouse window on Christmas. I can’t wait to hear his reaction. 🦵 😆 One of my favorite Christmas memories was when I was really really young and crawling under piles of wrapping paper. What a great box. I actually have a larger leg lamp that lights up, not quite as big as the one in the movie but still a little over a foot and a half tall . I have a life size leg lamp and a life size Ralphie standee that I display as a Christmas window of my house each year, it’s one of my favorite Christmas decorations I’ve ever purchased. It makes me laugh every year as I display “the glow of electric sex” in the window…🤣🤣🤣
Happy Birthday! I get so tickled when I see how much we have in common. My mom ran around with a bag on Christmas morning as well, haha. This is also one of my absolute fav Christmas movies and I just love that you made the Fragile box for the leg lamp. Of course the Red Rider airgun turned out so well, be careful..."You'll shoot you eye out!"! Lesley did a a beautiful job making Ralphie in his bunny suit, I just love her stuff. It was so unexpected I almost squealed and woke the house 🤣. What a piece of Christmas joy to bring the box out every year and get a wonderful giggle. Isn't that so funny how we all have these Christmas traditions. These days of course I totally understand why she was cleaning as she went, she still does it when we have Christmas at home. In fact the running joke in the house is that no one can ever put there coffee mug down for a second and leave the room cause she will put that mug in the dishwasher full or empty right away!
