    Great review. What has not been mentioned is that at the 2020 model has been removed the unified braking system that the 2019 had (which i hear that many people did not like. For me personaly, it feel nice that the bike does not dive a lot during heavy breaking, which i guess is happening due to that system).
    I have bought a 2019 model last may and it was my first litre bike, coming from a FZ6 fazer 600 (which i have kept btw since it is a great commuter). So as a 2019 model owner and amateur superbike rider, i stronly doupt that i could ever be able to feel the small changes that have been made here and there. Although i have to admit that the looks at the front have been improved a lot, compared to my bike.

Well done Naska great video filled with informations and professionality!

    Awesome review and this is what all reviews should be like. If only other could just say things like "it's easier to ride" and "it's easier to go faster" then it just makes the review better.
    I'm an IT guy that works with control systems. Some of the process units I work with inside oil refineries have more that 12,000 sensors and controllers and there are 10+ process units in the bigger refineries. That's all well and good but the end result is "is the product better?" That is why I like your simple and honest reviews because you just ride the tyres off the bike and tell it how it is. I don't care that there are extra widgets, sensors, different TFT screens and such: all I care about is "is it easier and more inspiring to ride." If I can ride a bike around a track and it feels better and more fun and it's a bit quicker, then everything else is irrelevant. When the tech works so well that it becomes unnoticeable and everything works easily then they have done their job well.
    If Rossi needs the best tech out there then I need it do damn it! :)
    Keep up the great work Alberto!

    Great vid! interesting that you removed the e-suspension ohlins from your race bike to fit aftermarket components. Why would you not race a standard R1 then? My understanding is the cf fairing, e-suspension and data logger are the only differences.
    Another review complained about brake fade. Did you experience this after doing so many laps?

  • @ruikazane5123
    @ruikazane5123 4 роки тому

    I know it is excellent review when you ask others on their opinions. To prevent bias if there is!
    12:31 I see that!
    The 2020 model also sounds smoother than the earlier ones. Add the whistle produced by controlled engine braking. And if you feel better on a bike, you go faster with more confidence bike will not make sudden changes in different situations!
    It is refined, remembering FZR1000 from 1989 for the model upgrade.
    PS You might want to try endurance racing!

    • @tHaH4x0r
      @tHaH4x0r 4 роки тому

      No way. Just changing an exhaust will NEVER bring any power benefits, often do the contrary. The only way you would get power benefits is if the setup before changing the exhaust was already wrongly tuned.
      If you'd want any gains, then maybe with a race air filter, because the intake needs less air with the restrictions in the exhaust as well, and even then you would need to change the fuel and ignition maps because of the higher flow. I suspect that even without the higher flow, they let the engine run a bit lean anyway for emissions purposes, that's quite usual for cars and it wouldn't surprise me they are forced to do it with the euro5 norms for bikes as well.

    • @jternesto1981
