Taggese vs Subalcuneo 3-8 - Pallapugno U16 Italian Championship 24 Final Game 2 - Taggia - 06.10.24

FCPS is represented in 2024, for the fourth consecutive season, by the friends of Taggese in the Italian pallapugno ('ballpunch') championship, a traditional sport particularly played in Piedmont and Western Liguria, of which Taggese was Italian Serie A champion in 1994... After a 2023 season dedicated only to the participation of the youth categories, in 2024 Taggese returns to present its first team in the Liguria Serie A of the 'pantalera' Villages Tournament and continues its youth activity presenting the team in the Italian Allievi Championship (U16) of pallapugno with the same team that had won the Italian U15 Cup the previous year. At the end of an exciting season the team returned to Taggia a championship final after many years against the strong Subalcuneo. After the defeat in the first leg, in the return leg in front of a splendid crowd, Taggese tried to reopen the games but lost 3-8, still obtaining a historic second place in the 2024 Italian U16 championship...
La FCPS è rappresentata anche nel 2024, per la quarta stagione consecutiva, dagli amici della Taggese nel campionato italiano di pallapugno, uno sport tradizionale particolarmente giocato in Piemonte e Liguria di ponente, di cui la Taggese è stata campionessa d'Italia di Serie A nel 1994... Dopo una stagione 2023 dedicata alla sola partecipazione delle categorie giovanili, nel 2024 la Taggese torna a presentare la propria prima squadra nella serie A della Liguria del Torneo dei Paesi di pantalera e continua l'attività di formazione presentandosi nel Campionato Italiano Allievi (U16) di pallapugno con la stessa squadra che l'anno precedente aveva conquistato la Coppa Italia Esordienti. Al termine di una stagione emozionante la squadra riporta a Taggia una finale scudetto dopo tanti anni contro la corazzata Subalcuneo. Dopo la sconfitta nella gara di andata nel ritorno davanti ad una splendida cornice di pubblico la Taggese prova a riaprire i giochi ma cede 3-8 ottenendo comunque uno storico secondo posto nel campionato italiano allievi 2024...
