Hey you need to take a look at the Dabbsson Portable Power Station DBS1300, 1330Wh Solar Generator its priced @ $599.99 its a good buy in my opinion. I have been camping with it for about 6 months and it has performed perfectly.
You need 3kw solar array to sustain a good ebike charging/storing system. 200w solar panel won't be enough, it will take days to charge the station while you're draining it in hours with ebike chargers. You'd better of getting a DC to DC power supply and save on efficiency but still 200w array is only to recharge your phone or laptop.
I have a 600 wh power station that I sometimes take with me on a ride. No range anxiety on those jaunts. The lithium iron phosphate batteries are heavy though.

Better than what was available last year. Ideal progression would be 52v NMC for lighter weight, and DC charging 48v (ebike) batteries. The DIY alternative is just many ebike batteries, an inverter if you need, and mppt solar controller. Make your own box if you need, but separate works fine. But this is great for 1000w charging. No ebike batteries support that. what is weight and waterproof rating?
so what do you get? maybe 1/4 or 1/2 bike charge after a week of solar charging? that $650 will buy a lot of gas.
