He played in the same team as George Smith against Wales in 2010. They were both absolutely awesome in that game. As lethal as Pocock was, Smith showed he was right there on Pococks level. Not bad for the old boy
Chieka's absurd selection choices slightly hampered Pococks career. He was an absolute weapon but playing out of position so that Hooper and Skelton could be in the team....yikes. Should have benched Hooper and bought him on to feature in the last 30-35 mins of the games.
Totally selfless, work horse and a half
MOT
He's one of the world's finest ever flankers.
Australia's answer to Richard McCaw.
that would be george smith. Mccaw nuffled him in the 2011 semi finals
@@rileyfreeman9726 I'd love to be anyone of those 3. Along with Iceman, DC or Wilko. There's all my alltimes right there.
You mean Mccaw's the Answer to David Pocock?
Just wondering what happened to the wallabies squad of 2015 because almost none of them plays internationally any more
I believe the Majority retired
He was the only reason I felt bad that the wallabies kept losing to the All Blacks, he deserves to win, such a nice guy
Reminds me of the great goerge smith! Contesting & stealing the ball during breakdowns! Such a valuable asset to the wallabies.

What a legend, a world class player on and off the pitch 🥇
Bloody shame, he wasn't playing #7 full time especially in his prime 🤔

It's hooper
Na! Aussies best ever flanker. Dude is a menace no other way to put it.
right back at Mccaw and even better at times
Pocock, McCaw, Warburton, in that order of the modern age
McCaw, Pocock, Dusatoir, Stander, Warburton.
amazing player
Reminds me of that New Zealander from the South. Richard McCaw.
George Smith was better. Pocock always injured.

Excellent merci
Une référence à ce poste. Le meilleur 7 du monde.
One of the games finest ever
Had to be in the team of the decade
Best over the ball.. yes. The best? George Smith was a better all-round flanker. IMO
