Sir I m a beginner dental surgeon.i want to discuss a case of RCT in which I think after seeing radiogragraph there is perforation in furcation area .can I prepare crown over it.it is gross class 2caries .patients done RCT by another dentist and meet me for crown but radiograph indicates perforation in furcation area.please suggest me. Sir , when i take radiograph with mastercone my gp was at working length...but after obturation it went 3-4 mm short... patient is asymptomatic as of now...should i remove go and re-obturate it or let it be in that way?

the use of heated instrument doesnt cause apical extrusion ? im imagining it as if we are doing warm compaction ,,,
We are using heated instrument in coronal third, no chance this heat will reach apical third.

There is no point of putting crown if RCT is not upto the mark because it can pain after putting crown.
