The jump over your leg it's the first crazy move i learned in highschool busted my ass a bunch and used to use the school bunches to hold onto to practice 😂 Now i always do a double jump over leg forward and backwards into a half split

Simply trying to doing these moves is a workout itself but what i do is 35 pushups, 50 Squats , 20 pullups and 2 minute planks 5x a week
