Of all the Major Outdoors Real Estate Advertisers or in ' this cases' Advertising's, This " Evan's Ranch " is the 1st I've seen, where I had
[ almost ] " No Complains " about the " Architecture " ! It appears to be mostly constructed by Joiners and a small % of Carpentry.
" The workmanship " and " Selection of " the " Woods " in the " Ceilings, Walls and Floors, " blends well and sometimes ' compliments '
each other !
And the Architecture is Quite Commendable ! /
/ My only complaints are that; 1) [ All ] fireplaces [ in any building ] should start at the floor and have solid { glossy ] mineral floors for at Least 3 Feet Out from the Opening of the Fireplace [ for " Safety & Convenience " ]
2) The place is ( for myself ) too big for a single party to live in ! / What do you do with all of that ? !
Wow!! Just....WOW! Thats all I can say. Wow! Reasonably priced as well.
The ranch is too small and remote, but the lodge is, perhaps, the best that I've seen.

I imagine it was spared by fires that burned so much of Plumes County. The view is changed so much that it will sometime for the scars to blend into the new landscape!
