This is an extremely rare opportunity to own this unique 1,172 acre ranch in close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe. Improvements include a 3 story A-Frame home with new wood deck overlooking the Salt Springs Valley and Reservoir, a large wooden barn with workshop, and a former Church Camp Retreat with multiple dwelling units, commercial kitchen and large dining hall, meditation/conference hall, and large swimming pool with men's and women's changing rooms. The ranch comes with a 2,600' long airstrip, about 1.66 miles of paved internal roads, and many more miles of dirt roads. This is an ideal property for a: Family Compound, Hunting Club, Cattle/Equestrian Ranch, or Commercial Enterprise - such versatility is almost unheard of. Perimeter fenced and cross-fenced, there are multiple springs and ponds, and there are multiple wells, all with water storage tanks, supplying all of your domestic water needs. From the 2,100' Ridgetop, you gain a 360 degree view of mountains, valleys, forests, and ranchlands for miles in all directions. - Фільми й анімація
When I was in middle school. My confirmation class went here for a church retreat…. When I was watching this video… it brought back a lot of memories and I randomly came across this video… crazy and small world
Huge ranch. Lovely place.
Beautiful! Its absolutely priced to sell as well. LOL - the tan bull at 3:58 is having a good day.
Love it Bruce !
their asking is $3.3 mil. price is pretty darn good considering the land alone is 1172 acres. plus all the buildings, 1.7 mils of paved roads, 2600' air strip... hmm!! tax isn't cheap at near $28k a near but i'm guessing it generates a bit of revenue.
Must go for 12 million atleast or im so far off that I don't matter.lol beautiful property
