Thanks a lot for the detailed rebuild video! it helped me a lot in repairing all my cars with leaking DPC pumps (three sofar, citroen BX 1.8 turbodiesels). With your video's and a new seal kit it's as good as new now!
A tip for those that want to rebuild one of these pumps, go slow and don't repair only the leaking seal. All seals will start leaking at some point, So spend the extra hour to replace them all.
Other tip: clean the pump, internally and externally. 😉

Congratulations. If I' m not wrong, it' s the same injector pump that Roosa Master, the Roosa Master is older than Stanadyne, very good. God bless your work.
after seeing all this, i have decided to take mine to a certified specialist. it might be expensive to have it done, but now i see why & i'll have it all messed up. thanks for the informative video :)

Grace à vous et à votre vidéo exceptionnelle , j'ai réussi à changer le joint principal du corps de pompe et en ai profité pour changer tout les joints.
j'ai fait une seule erreur , c'est de ne pas avoir rempli le corps de pompe avant de refermer le couvercle, ce qui m'à pris du temps pour pomper et purger.
j'en ai profiter aussi pour changer les 2 courroies de distribution et la pompe à eau. Merci pour tout et répondez nous pour savoir si vous allez bien..........j'ai toujours ma ford mondéo de 1997.

Meine Pumpe fördert zwar aber nicht zum Hochdruckverteiler(
Absperrventil hab ich kurzgeschlossen dann fördert sie zum Rücklauf! Gibt es ein Ventil was den Hochdruckbereich öffnet?
Oder was kann verklemmt oder kaputt sein. Letztes Jahr lief der Motor noch somit könnte ja eigentlich nichts kaputt sein nur ein Ventil klemmen.

Hallo! Sehr interessant. Wusste zb. nicht das die Förderpumpe im Hochdruckteil verbaut ist. Ich habe diese Pumpe im Rapid 1,6D verbaut. Ich bin dabei dieses nach 10 Jahren Stillstand wiederzubeleben. Habe jetzt neben vielen anderen das Problem, das der Motor nach kurzem Lauf wieder ausgeht. Habe natürlich schon einiges probiert um Fehler auszuschließen und komme nicht weiter. Ich hatte schon Förderpumpe im Verdacht scheint mir aber irgendwie unwahrscheinlich. Sind die Kunststoffflügel erhältlich? Vielleicht fällt dir was ein. Gruß Manfred

Helfen? Haben diese in einem Lada Niva sitzen. Und sie will einfach nicht fördern. Gruß Nico
Ich fürchte, ich kann dir da nicht viel helfen. Bei meiner war die Welle gebrochen und sie hat daher nicht mehr gefördert.
Wenn du deine zerlegen willst, achte darauf, die Winkelposition der Welle innerhalb der Pumpe am Übergang zum Hochdruckteil zu markieren.
