It is true, professionals in psychosis in Belgium say that everyone could be sensitive to psychosis.... You just need the right circumstances

Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. From my understanding, taking a break from tech, hydrating more than normal, wearing industrial ear protection and/or a long hand washing can help people disconnect from the chaos they are experiencing.

Thank you for sharing those insights! I can see how those could be helpful! It sounds like a combination of caring for the body and limiting extra stimuli. Great insight 🙂

Can I just say... I think psychosis isn't just about new energies and different levels of consciousness, it seems there is also a component of the selfhood, the identity which gets distorted. Almost as if each thought completely possesses the individual and then the world view and perception is shaped from that distortion of reality. Grounding isn't going to fix that, really. Although it is helpful in general for keeping the body and mind healthier. But if the ego gets detached and rather than dissolving like in spiritual awakening, it reattaches to transient thoughts, memories or even resonant energies, it is almost like being displaced from the story of your self into the sensory field of the self, more abstract and incoherent. In other words, it isn't just that there are more energies it is that they are noticed out of context, we normally filter what we don't need to pay attention to by a sense of self which is a construct for context. We have consensus filters and individual filters normally. And huge social agreements that say if you lose consensus filters it means you have lost touch with reality. So, the idea of interbeing helps in that case. We usually shun people when they veer outside of consensus agreements and what we need to do is stay connected and remind them of themselves, listen as they rewrite their own construct of self.

What does mental Health ‘professional’ say about this to you. This make sense. A family member could be saved from institution-Life if the treaters knew this..

I lost myself, my Life was destroyed because trauma (that I did not understand at the time) When all fell down I got psycosis, it was too much to handle. Gave great love and then despair. I am ‘born again’ but still revovering, becaus I am noe Building a new ‘self’. The psykolog said I had to forget experience. But that gives me meaning. I needed it to start to heal trauma.

In my experience forgetting is not the answer, integration is. Thank you for sharing 🙏
