That Gold Coast first half was top 4 quality. Looking forward this year to see what they have got. Meanwhile it will be a tough season for the Tigers

This game actually equals the suns biggest winning streak against an opposition club of 4 matches (previously GWS from 2012 round 20 - 2014 round 6)
Dimma at the Suns is exciting. That first half was 🔥🔥🔥🔥, all around the ground. Matt Rowell is a beast. Heard at the press conference that his 20 clearances is the 2nd highest for a match in AFL history. The contest work was insane. Looking forward to watching them this year. So good to see that big crowd at the match as well.
That was an interesting game, the suns looked ominous in the first half with their clean ball movement. The tigers did well to show some fighting spirit in the 2nd half to not let the margin exceed over 100 points but the suns overall were just too strong around the ground.
Yeah it was a weird one, the first half was the worst I’ve seen them play in a long time, but I was really pleased with the fight back in the third and there is plenty of positives in our game plan and we are getting players back next week too chins up Tigers
@@78macka Yep, we just need to make sure that when we play the blues this week that we don't have a massive glimpse like we did in the first half yesterday against the suns. Only round 0 though, lol

I cant believe that no one has recognise the real problem Richmond has faced from day dot since 2017... They have a fantastic competitive ruck in Nankervis who is more of an extra midfielder than a hit to advantage ruckman... as the years have gone by the Richmond trend in the middle is predominantly defend and react, only dusty and Shai are the only real attacking midfielders. This was never a problem until it was... The talented one on one players who could turn the ball over slowly left or retired and left this massive hole in the midfield... because they cant read the play and they cant rove to the opposition ruckman and they are too scared or lack the bravado to play as an attacker. There are certain players who are terrible at tackling... too many! The hardest thing is this huge fixable problem is putting tremendous pressure on everyone especially the overwhelmed defence. Yze hasn't done his homework... very disappointing and at this rate is destined to fail as this is so obvious to anyone who loves and watches the Tigers weekly. Do your homework and do your job or move over and give it to someone who can.

Dusty to come in, Nankervis, Lynch and Graham when healed. Some promising young lads like Campbell and a few others that will flourish with games under the belt. We're in a rebuild that's for sure. 1st half was a wooden spoon performance, 3rd quarter showed the potential of a still majority premiership playing list and 4th was back a fourth with some undisciplined actions resulting in 2 goals to the sun's. If we can scrape together 8 to 10 wins I'd say that's a solid season for where we're at.
What a Game of Footy! Gold Coast winning by 39 points in full time. Richmond with scoring goals and behinds in the 3rd quarter! But they still lost the 3rd quarter but only scoring a goal just in 1st quarter isn’t helping them so that’s why they lost.
