In tamilnadu we used to say tamil is a musical language and sweeter than honey.But while listening to this song I can say IR's music made telugu much more sweeter.everytime I hear the song ,it becomes more and more sweet.
That's why in tamil they call telugu as Sundara Telungunile... 😉 By the way, I am gifted to speak both languages...so I enjoyed both tamil and Telugu songs of IR from the beginning.... ❤️ I love both languages.... ❤️❤️

We were in MA final year (Andhra University). Saw the shoot of ‘Navvindi Mallechendu...’.song. A wonderful movie. Chiru and Radhika constitute one of the best pairs. Ilaya Raja’s lilting music is a feast to ears. Saw it in Srikanya theatre. Sweet memories.

My favorite movie and songs I and my wife went to this movie in Auto on first day of my marriage now I buyed BMW car but never forget those Golden days of my life all songs are shooted in Araku valley. Thanks to Chiru Sir, Raja Sir,Kondandarami Reddy Garu, Creative Commercials KS Rama Rao Garu mainly Yandamuri Veeranderanath garu for story.

Listen to this interludes from 2:41 to 3:18, that is the magic of ILAYARAJA. Can anyone in India give this kind of music till today? For sure they cannot give for next 100 years. He is always ahead of his time, this movie released in 1983... but all of us enjoy after even 38 years, no doubt we enjoy after 100 years. Very few directors know Ilayaraja's talent and they insisted for his music. Kodandarami Reddy has 12 movies with Ilayaraja, other directors like Vamsy, Geetha Krishna, Balumahendra, Manirathnam etc., know what is Ilayaraja. Due to tasteless producers and directors, Telugu people has missed so many Ilayaraja songs. Tamil people are very lucky, but neverthless, we too have many movies. Around 130 straight movies music directed by ILAYARAJA and many dubbed movies from Tamil, unfortunately, due to poor lyrics those songs are waste, I don't like them with exceptions like Gharshana, Vichitra Sahodarulu etc., There was a time, Tamil movies got dubbed to Telugu just because of ILAYARAJA music, irrespective of small hero or big hero. With scrap stories, his music has made super duper hit movies.
