  • What good is a coin if I can't trade it fairly? I believe in free markets and free and fair trade... but this is market manipulation when you allow people to buy the coins but you don't let people sell them.
I lost out on 450 dollars profit today. I would have taken my profits and then buy even more coin. I wrote a letter to Yobit and the CEO of Dime coin to see if they can resolve this. As far as I'm concerned they owe me 450 bucks and a damn good explanation.

The team is working very hard and has sent communications to YoBit. Rest assured your coins are safe, as Indy mentioned this is a Yobit issue... nothing to do with Dimecoin. If you would like talk to the team you can head over to this telegram support group - t.me/dimeofficialsupport

i have a question, you explained under one vid how to fight alopecia and said its due to iron overdose and then you wrote that one should eat meat, doesn’t meat also contain a lot of iron? Would help me a lot if you answer

Well I don't think it's from high Iron although my feritin level did get high and I gave blood and got it down. There may be an iron connection from the iron filings added to all flours. You can't digest it so it destroys your gut leading to a leaky gut... and so you get a gluten intolerance as a result and whatever auto immune disease that follows. Alopecia can have many causes. It can also be from egg whites making you deficient in biotin. I don't have the real answer for you as I am not a doctor but just a victim of this dreaded problem. My Alopecia is reversing.... but I had to follow a gluten , dairy and sugar free diet and do intermittent fasting daily... and supplement daily with Magnesium , selenium , Vitamin K2, Biotin and B vitamins and desiccated beef liver.( and Molybdenum for 2 months) I did a hair tissue mineral analysis on myself and I am low in copper , zinc and molybdenum. In my opinion from my own experience... it's related to something your eating.... likely all started from eating grains ua-cam.com/video/NUjmwTwNCAI/v-deo.html
I know myself if I eat dairy or peas I see my eyebrows fall out the next day. You have to change your diet and heal your gut. I'm 56 now and have it since I'm 15 and I'm just starting to grow a beard in the last 3 years and I see some eyebrows coming back.. so yes it's reversible. I changed my diet 4 years ago and I stuck to it and I see the results. So the food I eat now is real meat , real vegetables and real fruits.. and I drink water. Nothing processed just real food.
I also gave blood every 2 months for a year. (5 times in a year) My feritin level went from 298 down to 26. Then I did a blood test and had the best results ever. Getting all that iron out did show a big improvement on my blood work. It sure takes a lot of inflammation out of the body to get that feritin level down. Hemoglobin is fine so I'm not anemic. For some people feritin as low as mine can also cause alopecia but mines growing back.... so this is why perhaps I mentioned Iron... the iron connection.
As for eating meat.. I got benefit from eating meat.. I need the zinc ultra bad. If my iron goes up I can always give blood... but without enough zinc I can't smell things.

omegafile thank you so much for your response, i have it for almost 3 years now, and my problem now is that my zinc level is high which made it worse, i also notice how it gets bad after eating dairy etc. You wrote down that pease are also bad? So pease are veggies to avoid? I used to take iron supplements long ago when my iron was low and probably alopecia got worse i dont know but my iron level is at 158, you think thats too much? Thank you again!

@@Motech10 You can give blood 2 times, it will get your feritin level to about 50.
The way it works is... the iron filings damage your gut and it starts leaking.. so whatever food you were eating while your gut was leaking becomes an autoimmune target from your immune system. So the foods triggering your inflammation can be different than mine. You can try to figure out what foods are triggering it or you can do a food sensitivity panel and test for it.
As a general rule, you want to heal your gut and reduce inflammation.. so a good start is a gluten , dairy and sugar free diet. Peas and peanut butter are a problem because of Aflotoxins. You said your zinc is high.. to me this makes no sense unless you were supplementing...is this hair tissue zinc or blood zinc? How is your sense of smell? Can you smell things well? Some people also have a sensitivity to nightshades and legumes and even potatoes and rice. If it makes you fart your not digesting it.. it's a brewery in your gut. Also all vegetable oils are highly inflammatory to the body.. don't eat it.. Use butter or lard instead.. but don't brown the butter. ...don't eat in any restaurant.. no deep fried foods.. drink water only. I can't get my zinc levels up even after high meat diet and supplementing for 3 years so I switched recently to desiccated liver because I'm low in copper and zinc. Myself I eat a high meat diet... the carbs make me fat.. I cant handle carbs.. i don't eat much carbs. I need the copper and zinc.. I need the meat. Note: you need selenium to absorb zinc and magnesium and especially if your taking iodine.
You can try upping your b vitamins ... but take as much as it takes to get at least 1000mcg a day of biotin. or even 5000 mcg a day... Biotin seems to help but too much biotin will deplete other b vitamins so try a whole b complex and add and extra 1000 mcg of biotin.
If your Alopecia is caused by an organism in the body hiding behind a bio film layer then your immune system can be running amock too.... this case you would probably need lots of proteolytic enzymes and some mucosal support. Apple pectin is also good to heal the gut.. it's the building material for your gut wall.
OMG don't ever take iron supplements.. that's how you damage your gut wall.. watch that video I posted " iron and gluten the toxic tandem"
. If your low in Iron try desiccated beef liver or unsulfered blackstrap molasses. Apple cider vinegar will help reduce the oxidative damage of unbound Iron.
Low iron tells me your a female. Correct me if I'm wrong. If your low iron was caused by periods from hell then your tissue calcium level is likely through the roof and you need magnesium and K2, Blackstrap molasses, selenium , iodine, Cod Liver oil and lots and lots of potassium foods... and B vitamins. If you want to heal faster then you have to intermittent fast daily... not eat for 20 hours a day... eat only from 6 pm to 10 pm... and drink water only.

omegafile thank you. I‘m actually a male its very weird that my ferritin levels were low, it could be caused by malabsorption but not sure. Yes i was supplementing with zinc unfortunately. The problem is i dont know exactly what to avoid and what not it‘s just so confusing with all these nutrients and now i‘m afraid to take any because of how high zinc levels got:/

Dude that's a website issue, not a DimeCoin problem haha I have deposited DimeCoin on Coinexchange many times, not a single problem. They have turned the deposit off for DimeCoin because they probably have to much Dimecoin in the exchange (best logical guess) and this has happened before with other cheap coins. I recommend brushing up on your cryptocurrency knowledge and how it works.

    Hi are you omegafile ?
You have written many comments on healing. Can you guide me heal ?

    • @omegafile

What's your illness? I don't heal people , I share knowledge. It all starts with what your eating. Many times people are sick because of problematic foods. Dr Tom O'Brien would say.. avoid gluten , dairy and sugar. Dr Peter Glidden would say avoid wheat , barley , rye , oats, oil in a bottle, deep fried foods, well done red meat (medium rare is fine).. the skins of a baked potato, added nitrates and nitrites, carbonated drinks with a meal, soy and corn. Dr Thomas Levy would say avoid foods fortified with iron and calcium and Vitamin D.... never ever supplement these.
Some will say avoid Beta carotene supplements as they have been linked to lung cancer. There are some good functional medicine doctors you can research on You tube like Dr Mark Hymen and Dr Tom Selek... also Dr Joel Wallach and all the doctors I mentioned above. They all have loads of videos up. There are also some good Iodine doctors like Dr Brownstein and a good old timer like Dr Fletchas. Perhaps if you can tell me what's wrong I may be able to point you in the right direction. I'm not a Doctor. I research many things though for many years. I can't give medical advice. No amount of nutrition will heal anyone if they keep eating the problematic foods. Your body does rebuild itself... but it takes 7 years to have a new body.... 7 years of avoiding crap foods. Eating some gluten even a pea sized portion... can cause cascading damage (inflamation) for up to 3 months after eating it even once. Other problematic foods for some people are legumes and nightshades and also peas and peanuts (aflotoxins). There are also FODMAPS... different types of sugars in these.. and also Lectins. Dr Tom O'Brien tests for up to 300 other problematic foods... There are many tests a functional medicine doctor will use to get to the root of the problem. There are also some good Health coaches like Morley Robbins who is a treasure of information. The absolutely worse stuff you can put in your body is vegetable oils. It's even worse than sugar!! Stay with Butter or lard but not browned. Why are some people constantly sick?.. because they eat sugar and vegetable oil every single day. Try to avoid Gluten , dairy , sugar and vegetable oils completely. Not for one day... but forever!! These are by far the worse. Eat real food.. real meat, real vegetables and real fruits..... never drink the juice.. drink water only. Lemon water is ok too.. but don't add sugar. Other things that are important to consider is balancing citrates with oxylates... and also avoid sodium glutamate... it lowers your GABA and you will get extreme pain if you eat too much glutamates.
Here's a secret nobody knows.... biotin will get rid of warts!.. takes a few months but worked for me 100%.
Dr Robert Lustig says fructose is a poison. So don't be drinking coconut water or apple juice it's full of fructose it's not healthy at all and will fry your liver. On the other hand .. eating an apple or 2 a day is really good for you because the peels are full of pectin which is the building material to heal your gut! Pears too have pectin.
Another thing that can harm people and is often missed is MOLD..... mycotoxins. If you have mold in your home... move out before it kills you. Also don't eat moldy food or food that has oxydated (turned brown) you can eat the apple but if it turns brown don't eat it.. same goes for potato, banana.. any food... if it's in the air too long and has turned brown don't eat it.

@@omegafile yeah i have gone through many doctors on youtube. They are really good. But they are conflicting. Some say raw fruit and vegetable juices are good, some say not to have fruit juices. Some say supplement with vitamin D, iodine. Some say dont. Its difficult to decide. Now a days i am on raw vegetable juices, sometimes add an apple or orange for taste. I have 2 fibroids 5 cm and 4 cm. I am trying to shrink it naturally as i am 34 and dont want to go for surgery as i have not conceived yet.

@@joyoflearning2124 My wife has fibroids the size of a watermelon. We tried everything for a year and only managed to stop the heavy bleeding. She messed it all up by taking big doses of Turmeric that I wasn't aware of and it constricted her Gallbladder.... dropped her blood pressure too low.. and then she turned yellow. She is having a hysterectomy in a week because her bladder prolapsed.. she is in serious trouble and the operation is now unavoidable. The turmeric messed it all up because it dropped her blood pressure and I thought she needed more salt. The blood pressure was going from too high to too low every month... couldn't control it because the Turmeric kept dropping it too low.... and even though in the beginning she had very high blood pressure.. eating more potassium foods and lots of it really worked...... but the turmeric made it not work and fried her liver because she is now yellow.
Yes you are right... you need vitamin D... but only from the sun. 2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses taken 3 times a day with apple cider vinegar will help digestion and keep your iron levels up and give you a lot of potassium that you likely need. No sugar, no rice, no grains, no plastic, no margarine or salad dressings or any oils, no soy and no corn. No juice... you need the fiber.. eat the fruits and vegetables. Iodine should only be taken with selenium.. but it will surely save your ovaries according to many doctors. Add 500 MG of magnesium byglycinate daily with no food.
I did a hair tissue mineral analysis on my wife. Her tissue calcium levels were though the roof. That's a lot of calcium loss into the tissues... and what causes calcium loss?... sugar, rice , bread... it also leads to beri beri which causes the right side of the heart to get enlarged and then a hole opens up.....and this is a deficiency of a single vitamin... Vitamin B1. The problem with fibroids is your estrogen levels go too high during periods and then drop too low after... it's a roller coaster ride up and down each month.... high to low again and again... and the sodium potassium inversion monthly... knowing when you need salt and knowing when you need potassium. My wife wasn't smart enough to know her own body and she is thousands of miles away... i had no control of her diet... she was still eating rice and vegetable oil while i had her on the protocol and it did not work because she did not eliminate the sugar and the oils.....nobody really knows what causes this.. some say it's glycosphate.// the chemicals they spray on corn.. and everything is fed corn.. how do you get away from that? I wish I could give you good advice... but I can't... I couldn't even help my wife.. she kept eating the crap. The only thing I can suggest is intermittent fasting and ketosis.. get thin so you don't store estrogen in your fat.. and get off carbs..... all roads lead to the liver. It's your liver that controls your estrogen cycle.,,,, don't do herbs and stuff.. look what turmuric did to my wife!.. just get off carbs and do keto and intermittent fasting. Have your kids now.. get pregnant.. the fibroid will go away... they are still small. My wife did not tell me about the fibroid until it was a watermelon size.... no luck in shrinking it... she messed up and kept eating SUGAR..RICE daily when I told her to stop. I wish I had an answer for you...the only thing I can say is all roads lead to the liver. Maybe find a functional medicine doctor..... but is there really anyone out there that has a track record of healing this?.. I don't have the answer.
I don't recommend eating sweet potatoes. Too much vitamin A in the form of beta carotene.. vitamin A and D are antagonists.. too much of one will deplete the other.. and they are fat soluble and affect the liver. So if it really is low vitamin D then get more sun and cut back on foods with beta carotene.. less vitamin A. Too much beta carotene vitamin A is linked to lung cancer... it's not the same as vitamin A retinol. Maybe vitamin A is the problem... too much. It's a guess.. I don't really know. Some sites say you need more beta carotene.. my wife turned yellow.. she absolutely does not need beta carotene. These websites cannot be right... more vitamin A will deplete vitamin D.... and there is absolutely a link to low Vitamin D associated with fibroids.... and if too much beta carotene can fry your liver and also give you lung cancer and make you turn yellow.....maybe it's too much beta carotene? That may be the problem with my wife.. too much beta carotene results in calcium loss.. which would explain the high calcium levels in the tissue on my wifes hair test. I wish I would have figured this out sooner.

@@omegafile sorry for your wife. Prayers for her surgery and may she get well healthy and happy soon. My vitamin D and ferritin levels are low. I never had too much bleeding, it was just the opposite. It was very scanty bleeding, still ferritin is low. With size of a watermelon, i too think its difficult to shrink it then. Also i am thin. 50 kgs for 5 feet. No other health issues. I am increasing raw foods. Just thought that it may be due to low progesterone, high calcium, low iron, low fats making it difficult in absorbing fat soluble vitamins. These all combined might be playing a role. Anyways, thanks for your detailed info. Take care.

@@joyoflearning2124 Your exactly like my wife. Low D and low feritin. .. and I'll bet if you did a hair tissue mineral analyses your tissue calcium levels are likely through the roof just like my wife... but tissue calcium is calcium lost from the bones into the tissues where it doesn't belong... and for sure the blackstrap molasses will help for the iron... and you need the magnesium for sure. We tried everything your trying now. We raised her progesterone by adding zinc and it depleted her copper and everything stretched inside. Gave her copper and it raised estrogen.. played with sodium and potassium which are vital to balance... but what it all narrows down to.. it's a calcium loss into the tissues and low vitamin D.... and the only thing left to look at that I didn't look at before ... is too much beta carotene... it fits the picture and is the only thing left we didn't try that I only realized 30 minutes ago. It makes sense too.. by cutting beta carotene and getting more sun your vitamin D levels will go up. Supplementing vitamin D is dangerous.. so get more sun and cut the beta carotene...it cost nothing too... at the same time do the intermittent fasting.. it will keep your blood sugar down all day. Hope that helps. Good luck and keep me posted!
Careful with the raw foods.. too much oxylates will lead to stones.. make sure you get citrates to balance it. My wife did all the broccoli and cauliflower and cruciferous.. didn't work... but we never tried eliminating beta carotene... might be something to look at. My wife was eating lots of fish for years..... too much vitamin A stops Vitamin D from putting calcium back in the bones. Bingo.. it's too much vitamin A in both forms depleting the vitamin D. It has to be it.. the only thing we didn't look at. It may be hard for you to understand... but I did a hair test on my wife.. the calcium loss was off the chart it was that extreme. This is not blood calcium.. its tissue calcium.. calcium in the tissues where it doesn't belong.
