HI Stella, Yes I am a Malaysian. haha, good guess ;)
I've seen characters popping out randomly at the "globe" area of DisneySea. But aside from that you check out timing for characters greetings on the Tokyo Disney App. I recommend downloading the app before going to Disney.

Are you sure that we can bring our own food/drink from outside of the park? 🙄

Yes 100% sure. I did that on both days when I visited DisneySea & Disneyland.

@@bytechannel5502 To clarify, I didn't bring a full meal into the parks, only Family Mart Sandwiches & Sushi. The crowd levels when I visited were quite high (although I'm sure not at peak levels yet, since I visited on a weekday) leading to long lines for food
