    Can you tell some home exercises for discus throw?

    run across, aka south African. I use a modified south African to throw since I can't quite do the full spin yet. start of both feet inside the circle, then step/sprint into the first turn.

      get strong legs in the gym, most throws require that. fast plyometric lifts, not slow powerlifting lifts.

      @@navojitdas8531 Legs. Your not really throwing it, your twisting your whole body and the speed comes from a strong push from your back leg. Shot Put would need legs and chest/tricep strength.
