Playing with clash v2 currently. I felt that maybe the stringbed was a bit 'launchy' and inconsistent. So to make some distinct comparisons, I took a demo babolat Pure Drive and Pure Strike. Pure strike felt like a board in comparison, while Pure Drive felt like easier to generate power, but even at the same unstrung weight it felt heavier in my arm when holding it, and harsher on my elbow when hitting. I'm a beginner, so to idea of clash is definitely for my skill level. It helps me avoid tennis elbow, and gives me some extra power. One thing I would like for the racket to do better is torsional stiffness. If I hit the ball nearer to the side of the racket, I really feel it twisting in my arm
My friend just bought the v.2 recently for a good discount and after playing with it myself I found it as a good racket. I personally use a blade v9 98 and i absolutely love it but i did found myself enjoying playing with the clash v.2 might have to rent a v.3 to check it out. thanks for the review!
I have v1 and v2. I have 6 of them actually. After health issue I lost strength and 295 is too heavy. Probably always was. I'll buy v3, I only play with natural gut so spin is limited but I love the feeling and I'm injury prone. It doesn't give me easy power like stiff Babolat. Clash seems to - I don't know how to describe it - lose the power when it reaches the opponent. I often used to feel like "it's a good shot" and then it was a weak shot after all. For so many years I still haven't found "my" racquet. I don't play consistently, my spin is lacking, I can't find the sweet spot in any racquet in relatively easy power, swing and stability. Yonex racquets don't suit me for unknown reasons.

Yes, you can truly enjoy playing with this racket. I felt the same when I tested version 3. Definitely worth trying! Thanks for the comment.
the junior girl has very good technique! i think she can handle the weight, maybe you should gift it to her

Thank you for the detailed comment. I would like to ask if you could compare V1 and V2 from your perspective?
