    Id have been done polishing the iron by hand and done ironing the clothes before you where even done cutting out the disks for your so-called 'hack'. But hey, you got me to watch, so more power to you i guess.

    In today's video of how to lose an eye.
    This thing will fly apart in a non speed controlled angle grinder. Jesus OSHA should probably get this man off UA-cam

    Now your iron's steam holes are full of Polishing Compound. So the next time you go to use the iron you're going to ruin your clothes.

    That’s some dangerous tool you’ve created. And to use it without the guard on makes it just a whole lot worse. When the cardboard disintegrates you will be wishing you had just spent a few bucks on a polishing disk at the hardware. You shouldn’t really be promoting this type of home-made stuff. Reading some of the comments I see some readers actually thought you had a good idea. I just hope none of them get hurt. 2:59

    You are going to remove the chrome finish. It will oxidise and potentially rust. The polish could have been placed on the flat disk portion and another object could have been polished.

    • @ChristopherNeyman
      @ChristopherNeyman 3 місяці тому

      Yep. Wisdom for the class. Don't learn that one the hard way. Polish too much, and you bring on the rust. Especially since the iron was designed steam. It will immediatey come in contact with water and he'll have to use an actual grinding disc to remove it. I'm rooting for you though bud 👍.
