informations to all for who it's not working, after around 5 test , i realise that the first method work well , but you need to remove the Xbox app auto startup with windows, so when loging out the xbox app make sure that it's not auto strating with windows.
This one worked for me. Tried every method and nothing didnt help. Then i found your comment and removed xbox from auto startup and did method 1 once again and it is now fixed.
Just tried method 1, didn’t work for me. Tried method 2 however and that seemed to have saved the settings. Hopefully I won’t have to undo the Cloud setting in the players folder later on if they fix the bug.
hopefully it works i tried all the methods, i sat there for hours fucking with the graphics settings getting it to look good while kpeeing 100+ frames and it just rest everything and now i cant get more then 80 frames, so ridiculous that it can reset every single setting like that

I think my issue is OneDrive which I need as I keep all of my documents synced up to it but it was throwing errors with the Call of Duty files but for some dumb reason you can't not sync that Folder to OneDrive...
worked for me using gamepass pc. I was getting a “call of duty settings” prompt when initiating the game, which basically blocks visual settings that reauire restart. editing game text file while being signed out worked
When I go into documents to save my window settings or my file settings, ive changed it multiple times and ive clicked save and save as and it still isnt changing once a PC restart happens. Anyone potentially know a solution for that??

@ yea one of my follower has mention that nvidia app keeps optimizing the settings of the game each restart therefore it makes the ingame settings also restart so can you do me a favor and go to the nvidia app and go to black ops 6 , ( it should not have the box checked, if its checked then nvidia will keep resetting the settings, then click revert on the settings button and close the app… Try it asap and let me know if that works for you 👍🏽thank yu! @nerotherealone

I had to turn off my backup in my drive. That’s what works for me. It’s similar to disabling it but I turned the backup off. Idk what’ll happen if I delete it so I didn’t do that
I have an issue on top of my settings being reset. Every time I load the game, I get the setup screen like I'm playing for the first time and have to agree to the code of conduct terms. And my game runs so much worse than before I had this issue. If anyone else has this issue as well. I would be glad to know if it isn't just me.
Didnt work for me first. I always changed gamma first and it no setting was saved after all the things i tried i just didnt touch the gamma setting and it worked. Every setting is saved
yo i had this problem a little bit ago but i fixed it and then my CPU had a problem where it was stuck at 100% causing lag and low fps I fixed that but now my wifi is really horrible with packet burst do you know how to fix that?
@@Sync874 damm at that point then i think it could be your internet fam, try reseting your internet and see, and also i would recommend playing direct/ethernet, instead of wifi so you get less problem.. i been gettin packet burst here and there sometimes but thats just the game tho aswell

I used ethernet I have uninstalled the game 2 times reset my PC done tweaks and all nothing fixed it and it only happens on this game

Also the way that you can change how many hz you are using etc on console i believe is by goin to the xbox settings then go to resolution etc.. if anything youtube it and they might show it ( how to change to 120hz on xbox one ) .👍🏽

Does an error pop up like (Error 0x9)? if that's the case you should shrink your drive to another one and download the game there cuz windows is interfering with the anti cheat
@@itsgock my friend game was crashing alot recently back to back , then he went to windows update and updated everything he had there , plus updated the available updates that he had where it says ( Additional Updates ) he had a few more there aswell which was called Framework update etc.. he did all of them and then game was running good with no crashes.. so give that a try and let me know
@@itsgock also if anythin you can try to either repair the game from the app on the 3 lil dots or re-install the game again and see if that helps … the problem is that all this dam games are ALL IN ONE CALL OF DUTY 🤦🏽♂️, i feel like thats what makes all this problems, with the HQ situation

@@lukacgg8220 it should fix that too, because the reason why shaders are happening is because settings and files are being reseted everytime , so once you fix the reseting problem, then you should only see shaders once , and also sometimes when there is a new update .

Guys the solution is NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE!!!! it keeps optimizing the settings of the game each restart, go to nvidia geforce experience, and there black ops 6 should not have the green box checked, if its checked, then nvidia keeps reseting your settings, go to bo6 in there and click details, then click revert on the settings button, and close that sht app forever, then u can but back your good settings and nvidia wont change them again, tell me if this helped

@ nah if you cancel subscription thats like not having the game i believe, and if you download it on steam thats a different platform so im sure its gone make you buy the game again for steam . The only things you can get for free and free to play is warzone for battlenet,steam,and gamepass. But when it comes to multiplayer is different tho. Also there was a bug on steam recently where people had really bad low fps on warzone due to the steam app.. so if anything to be on the safe side you can get both multi/warzone on battlenet. Is all up to you tho

I think my issue is OneDrive which I need as I keep all of my documents synced up to it but it was throwing errors with the Call of Duty files but for some dumb reason you can't not sync that Folder to OneDrive...

worked for me using gamepass pc. I was getting a “call of duty settings” prompt when initiating the game, which basically blocks visual settings that reauire restart. editing game text file while being signed out worked

@ yea one of my follower has mention that nvidia app keeps optimizing the settings of the game each restart therefore it makes the ingame settings also restart so can you do me a favor and go to the nvidia app and go to black ops 6 , ( it should not have the box checked, if its checked then nvidia will keep resetting the settings, then click revert on the settings button and close the app…

I had to turn off my backup in my drive. That’s what works for me. It’s similar to disabling it but I turned the backup off. Idk what’ll happen if I delete it so I didn’t do that

I have an issue on top of my settings being reset. Every time I load the game, I get the setup screen like I'm playing for the first time and have to agree to the code of conduct terms. @@Sync874 damm at that point then i think it could be your internet fam, try reseting your internet and see, and also i would recommend playing direct/ethernet, instead of wifi so you get less problem.. i been gettin packet burst here and there sometimes but thats just the game tho aswell

Anyone getting a issue where the game cloeses when you are launching the game? does it like 3 times before the game works?
Does an error pop up like (Error 0x9)? if that's the case you should shrink your drive to another one and download the game there cuz windows is interfering with the anti cheat

@@itsgock my friend game was crashing alot recently back to back , then he went to windows update and updated everything he had there , plus updated the available updates that he had where it says ( Additional Updates ) he had a few more there aswell which was called Framework update etc.. he did all of them and then game was running good with no crashes.. so give that a try and let me know
@@itsgock also if anythin you can try to either repair the game from the app on the 3 lil dots or re-install the game again and see if that helps … the problem is that all this dam games are ALL IN ONE CALL OF DUTY 🤦🏽♂️, i feel like thats what makes all this problems, with the HQ situation

@@lukacgg8220 it should fix that too, because the reason why shaders are happening is because settings and files are being reseted everytime , so once you fix the reseting problem, then you should only see shaders once , and also sometimes when there is a new update .
it might be clearing your shader cache as it resets settings

Do not search for the players folder through the xbox game app game, try doin it like the video 👍🏽 .. and worst case snario if u cant find it then you will have to reinstall the game.. or you can also do a ( scan repair )

Guys the solution is NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE!!!! it keeps optimizing the settings of the game each restart, go to nvidia geforce experience, and there black ops 6 should not have the green box checked, if its checked, then nvidia keeps reseting your settings, go to bo6 in there and click details, then click revert on the settings button, and close that sht app forever, then u can but back your good settings and nvidia wont change them again, tell me if this helped

@ nah if you cancel subscription thats like not having the game i believe, and if you download it on steam thats a different platform so im sure its gone make you buy the game again for steam . The only things you can get for free and free to play is warzone for battlenet,steam,and gamepass. But when it comes to multiplayer is different tho. Also there was a bug on steam recently where people had really bad low fps on warzone due to the steam app.. so if anything to be on the safe side you can get both multi/warzone on battlenet. Is all up to you tho
