My mum and dad love benidorm old town he is 79 and still loves it sadly my mum passed away last year, but he has his memories of their time in benidorm enjoy xxx😊

We are going to Benidorm on Monday (29th April) and we are staying in a Apartment room at the Primavera Park for 10 nights ! As subscribers to your channel we love your blogs and when we saw this one it put a big smile on our faces! We have been to Benidorm many times and we love the old town and surrounding areas: Altea, Villajorosa, Guadalest, Calpe and Alicante. All the best you both and of course Helen! OMG, what a lovely thing to do and to be honest, i have seen Becky in other videos of yours but never really got to see the real Becky ... Forgive me for being forward but she is going to get a lot of guys following her now because she is very attractive. I am aged 71 so please take this in the right context. A lovely lady with a fantastic brother and you genuinely come across as loving siblings. A very nice touch James and well worth a watch. Becky may upstage you if you are not careful. Well done !....In 1978 I went on holiday to Benidorm for one week from Liverpool via a car to Coventry Airport (prefab in a field) aeroplane to outside Paris and a coach to Benidorm - and I hated almost every minute of it... and the trip back with mu eye and chest infections. Swore blind I would never go back.... but I did, in November 2016, aftrer a load of persuading .. old git now.... loved every minute of that one and everyone I met from all over the UK. Went back every year after that for January, February and March ...until Covid struck. Never been able to go back... so sad. Found the places NOT TO GO and the PLACES TO GO.
BRILLIANT TIP I WAS GIVEN - If you're looking for the best places for cheap drinks - look for the 'Cotton Fields' outside the bars ... They're what my Yorkshire fiend I made the first year told me ... said Cotton Fields are the droves of grey haired OAP's who know a bargain. LOL.

Benidorm, I kinda get the miner's welfare club vibe dumped in a hot location... Not my cuppa tea mate. I prefer somewhere with fewer people and more nature. Each to their own n' all that though...

Glad you and " The Golden Child " Enjoyed Benidorm. Last time i was there with the lads ,We went to see a tribute act called " Francisco Jackson ". He did Magic Tricks danced and sang like the man himself . When his turn had finished he went to the toilets AKA His dressing room. (I just happened to be in there having a piss) Where he cleaned off his makeup and removed his Jacko Wig. to reveal a totally Bald wrinkly bloke . That was the best part of his act , "The Revelation" so funny ...

Benidorm has natural beauty.....ruined by humans. The place is now a skyscraper filled dump......it was ruined by uncontrolled property speculation in the 197060s/70s/80s and there's no going back now. There are other parts of the Spanish coast that are really nice.....

I went to Benidorm in 2003. Hated it. Wanted to come home after the first night. Best part of it was the trip away to Valencia. Worst holiday ever.

Had a really great holiday in Benidorm about 5 years back. Stayed in the Grand Hotel Bali which is a great location at the end of West Beach (Playa de Poniente) the quieter end. You could walk into the main centre in 30 mins or get the little mini train which was pretty cheap. The old town is beautiful. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. Even into the party area is fine until at least midnight. We did not see any mad drunk people. We left at midnight as we had our 10 year old son with us. I would recommend it to anybody. Don't believe the bad press.

Never been, ive lived in Barcelona & been many places in spain.
Never goint to visit a place that thrives by catering to English-speaking lager louts., fry ups & all the engligh crap that comes with it......also id never want to be surrounded by high-rise blocks with thousands of tourists.

I’ve only been to Benidorm once and unfortunately I stayed in the new part of town, which really wasn’t that great, unless you love drunks. However, I thought the old part of town was really nice. This was a great vlog and it was wonderful to see two siblings getting on so well together.
Looked great fun James, apart from the tribute acts NO!!!!!!! I'm a music purist/snob I'm afraid.
We used to take the kids to Benidorm when they were small, great holidays and we have just had a couple of trips back there on our own,as they are all grown now, love the old town, just how we remember it.. we don’t go down the strip, we prefer the slower pace these days! Ace videos 👍🏼
My sister said to me I could pick a holiday and I’d always wanted to go to Benidorm . So I said ok Benidorm she said NO CHANCE it’s just Blackpool with sun ! So she said ok 😅 let’s just say she’s been back about 3 times since and she loves it 😂. I love going to see Bruno Mars tribute act it’s the only way I’m ever going to see him 😂
