Tanisha Rasealle thank you! I still have a long way to go but I’ve definitely been very fortunate thus far - I’m so grateful for all the opportunities I’ve received :)
For future internatiobal students thinking about applying to the BHSc at McMaster, i got an offer from the program with around a 91% average (34/42IB) so you do NOT need to have INSANELY high averages.
Do you have to go to school or get an degree to work as a medical assistant in Canada? For example if I have a degree in medical assisting in the US 🇺🇸 and wanted to go to MCMASTER university to continue my education in other health programs or as a nursing student. Can I work as a medical assistant while attending MCMASTER as a nursing students?
Hi! Thank you so much for the video and absolutely amazing advice! I am an international applicant, and my mom and I have been very worried about tuition fees and all, because I also want to pursue medicine after. So, do you think it is worth it to apply to McMaster Health Sci? Can I pay my tuition fees with the part-time job that I can get? Do you think that would give a little less load on my mom?
Hey quick question, what extracurriculars did you do in highschool? Aren’t extracurriculars also another factor that Mcmaster takes in when they are selecting applicants?
I just want to say, congratulations on your success

This is very late but I would love to know your grade 11 average. I also would love to know if they looked at your grade 11 mark.

may you please talk about the supplementary application process to health science in mcmaster? thank you so much and great video!
Hi, can you share your supplemental essay in a video?
The questions change every year but I'd be happy to make a video about how you can sculpt your responses to be the best reflection of yourself.
@@funfitandfrugalmed3079 yess that would be really great since I will be in grade 12 from September and applying then !
Did you take IB in high school?
Hi, I was not in the IB program - I was in the extended gifted program and then took AP courses in my latter years.
Hey! What do you think are some programs that are similar to the health sci program? Thanks
Hi! I'm going to post a Q&A video soon - I will do some research and include this question for you.
Hi just one question what is the cut of grades are is it 6 subjects or 4 subjects you need high grades
To the best of my knowledge, it is for 6 grades but these must include the required courses that the program lists.
