I'm fully adopted to ketogenic lifestyle 😊 mostly by watching n learning from Dr Eric Berg (U.S) and Professor Vain Lee (frm H.K) However, I disagree with your point on constipation, I believe the main issue was to do with your mircobiome or lacking of probiotics... Besides, you mentioned about using fruit like banana to help with the constipation, many people, including myself (then) were not aware that most of the fruits (95%) are very HIGH in fructose! 😮 Keep up the GOOD WORK by digging deeper! 👍

Keto ice-cream 好食過正常雪糕。
自己烘焙其實不難,不過假如只是自己一個人Keto,縱使烘焙成品可能油多而可以放長一點時間,也頗麻煩。
我每次食澱粉質例如 粥粉麵飯就會便秘 所以我只可以果生蔬菜為主, 在食方面 令我覺得好頭痛, 不知道應該怎樣食才對, 可否給我一些意見
當你食粥粉麵的時候,你食水果蔬菜的份量是否比沒有吃粥粉麵的時候一樣多呢?因為聽起來好似當你吃粥粉麵,你就會食唔夠水果蔬菜。
當然不是單單一個原因做成便秘,可能還有很多的原因。所以最好詢問你的醫生看看有沒有其它的原因例如食物過敏、IBS、麩質過敏、等等
