I once went to a hypnosis comedy thing with my family it was the most humiliating experience I ever had in my life I pretended like it was real and my mother (who's really religious mind you) was talking about how it talks about how some people can have some sort of power on you, and in my head i'm like that's full of shit I was in complete control I just went along with it because I honestly don't know. I told my brother it was fake and honestly I think the goal of hypnosis is to make you feel so humiliated by doing things you'd never do just so that you can say "Yeah he had complete control over me" because you're too embarrassed to say you did it on your own free will.
