Hi from Canada. I'm currently in the final purchasing stages of my first home golf SIM. Have a fiberbuilt mat, Uneekor QED, 12'x9', hitting screen. Just have my projector and software left to get. Started off thinking TGC 2019 was best value for the money (still absent a couple features I'm looking for), but then reaching out to a couple UA-cam SIM guys, both recommended e6 Connect was the way to go, and then had one guy mention SGT GSPro. Found your video while researching the product. Obviously you are an ace golfer, and I take from your education you mentioned, you are pretty analytical. I'd be really interested in hearing your thoughts on the software packages available?
Congrats on your new setup! I would recommend gspro / sgt without a doubt if you've got yourself a uneekor! The community is great, the software is solid and ever evolving with the devs taking direct feedback from its player base, and the cost is better than anything out there. Good luck!
Seriously considering this software. Need to upgrade my Foresight SW from 2014 lol. What is Carry (raw) and Carry (game) and why are the different? Do the carry numbers line up with what is displayed on the GC2?
Carry game differs from RAW in that it takes elevation change, lie penalties, etc. into account. You can either use GSPro's carry algorithm or launch monitor carry #. Your choice.
Enjoyed that round so much, I just subscribed. Hey Salty, I know someone has probably asked you before, but what graphics card are you using on your set-up? By the way, how you said, after that shot on the 9th, 'No comment' is beyond me - I'd have retired to my armchair with a cigar in one hand and Cognac in the other!
I would love to hear what PC/Laptop you use and the GPU, RAM etc. You're a +4 and I'm a 30+ :o). You would have to give me almost 2 strokes a hole. Lol!!
I have an i7-11700K, 32GB RAM and an RTX 3080. However, at the time of recording this I had an i5-8600K, 16GB RAM and GTX 1080 (which is sufficient to run GSPro on ultra settings 1080p)
I'm visualizing how much I think the ball will break based on the speed of the beads on the gridlines. The white line at the bottom of the stick gives you an idea of the severity of the slope based on its length, however this is irrelevant now as it is no longer used in GSPro.
Damn man you crush the ball.. good stuff. How do you get the simulator data to show on the left like that? My gsp connect window won’t let me shrink it or anything. And when I click back to the game it just disappears. It’s annoying having to open it up every shot when I wanna see it.
It's currently in beta mode so the cost is $30 / 6 month season to join SGT and get access to the tour and software. Amazing deal! gsprogolf.com/ simulatorgolftour.com/
@@skinnyguygolf sweet. I could tell you could play. Sorry if I lowballed you a bit haha. Your swing is automatic with that that baby pull fade. Jealous!
@@Somefatdude Thanks dude. It can be hard to tell sometimes. There are some sim players that are way better than IRL. You going to be playing on the SGT soon?
@@skinnyguygolf yeah I’m going to try to find time when I’m not studying for law school finals. I’m in my last year, so it’s not as pressure packed as before. I’ve already got my job lined up. What do you do for a living? I’d say it’s tough to keep the hc you’ve got (amazing) and tend to a job and family life. How do you do it? I’m around about a 7 hc myself but would love to get close to scratch. I’m hoping I can get there with my GC2.
Haha my jaw dropped at your hole out on 9😂 great video man.

Rtx 3080 right now but at the time of this video I think it was a 3070. The course has also been updated since then
Nice playing bruh. Where you located? You play tourneys IRL?
Thanks man. Located in AZ. I don't play much competitively anymore, some low key amateur stuff.

Curious what are you doing when you read those puts?

I'm using OBS to display the gsp connect data on the screen as well as the 2 webcams.
What's the cost for this software? I just bought a refurbished gc2. I don't really wanna shell out 4k for Fsx

Thx man. Great video.
Nice man! I just downloaded the game today. Can’t wait to play it. What’s your handicap for real golf? +1?
+4 or so.
You're going to love the game!
