Slave Zero X (Review) - Volatile Vision

Somewhere, Dragnix is still screaming about non-Reinhardt killing him right now.
Sometimes a game does so many things right, but gets dragged down but what it does wrong. It's a matter for the player on whether the game is worth tracking through the mud of the game in order to experience the highs that the game has. Slave Zero X is the prime example of a game that is going to be divisive, especially in the difficulty conversation. Sure, hard games are going to exist, but is Slave Zero necessarily fair in that difficulty? Hard to say, but I'm going to show you what it has to offer and why the game has a few handicaps that are going to haunt it: but a few strengths that will make it a cult game.
As of right now, the PC version is still the way to play the game. Hold off on Consoles....or now.

Thanks for the name drop, Dragnix. It would not be an exaggeration for me to say that the game crashed on me well over 30 times. I reviewed it on PlayStation 5, but I've had PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X owners reach out and tell me that their versions are exactly the same. Sounds like the game is busted across the board on home consoles, but more stable on PC.

tysm for still including audio samples in reviews, too often people will talk about the quality of the audio but never play any of it to demonstrate their point. Too broke to even think about getting this just yet but on a sale one day, i think ill nab it, hopefully itll get patched up too

Can't wait until they add patches to the game. It does have some flaws such as doing easy infinites near the wall on the enemy..

Bro the level where you fight Atavaka is either pure on annoying, or I just have a skill issue because the Bigger Enemies that you have to break their focus for is just stomping me in.
