Love your videos. I’m up in Seattle and just test rode a Kona Dew. Excellent bike and so versatile. Perfect for gravel and some packed dirt trails. I’ve heard the Dew described as an “adventure bike in disguise.”
I've had a Dr. Dew for several years now. It's been a solid bike, I've just done usual maintenance stuff on it and have had zero problems with it. I had a Dew before that and had no major issues with it before it got stolen.
@@derekdavis6508 you would be surprised with the strength. I have absolutely shit hucked my dew 25 ft through the air. And it lived. The rims are a lil suspect tho Chain likes to slack drop hard with big drops and harder riding 1600 miles this summer commuting. And I beat the shit out of it. No breaks. Love my shit olive green Kona
@@shwndh I don't like the geometry of dh bikes this kona dew is very comfortable. And I can put miles on it easier then any other bike I've owned. It has been a blast to ride
I would like to ask about the tubes pressure (PSI) of the WTB Horizon Comp 650x47c, bcs i can't find the info into the manual neither their website. Thanks, and congrats for your excellent UA-cam channel
I have a 19' Dew City. Terrible group and components, but the frame and fork are top quality. You think i could convert it to a gravel bike with a Deore/Sora 9spd combo or Alivio/Claris 8spd? It is also fast. I think with 700c wheels it could fly.
I realize this response is one year late but I just test rode a 2021 Kona Dew Plus today at a local shop. I'm 5'9" with a 29/30 inseam and the Large frame size fit me just fine, about one inch of clearance when standing over the shortest section of the top tube (that section inbetween the stack and the seattube, I could feel the seat poke me when I stood over the top tube). Test ride was great, I really enjoyed the simpler 10-speed drivetrain and the hydraulic disc brakes.

I have a 2016 dew plus but I like the new tires on these new models. Might have to grab the horizons
Might be worth noting the new Dr. Dew is steel for 2021.

It’s not printed on the tire? I would think it would be in black somewhere right along your rim.

between Dew and Dew plus, what are really the differences in term of functionality and components in your opinion does it matter?
Components are also 1 step down, other than that everything is pretty same
is the dew plus tubeless ready?
Just bought a dew deluxe for £140, mint condition today
the weight of this bike/\?
Can it may be made fixed bike?
Hey, anybody know if the dew plus tubeless compatible?
Is this a steel or aluminum fork ?
Aluminum. The top of the line Dr. Dew is all chromoly steel.
