- If you're looking to buy a new action camera for motorsports, I think it's worthwhile to see what all is out there - don't just default to GoPro like I have for the last 10+ years. I finally branched out to check out @insta360 to address issues that I've been having since my GoPro Hero 5!
GoPro has made so many improvements, but they also fall short in several areas that are important to me as an Automotive/Motorsports Vlogger. Insta360 seems to be the answer to all my problems!

Hey, you should check out DJI Action 4 too, same large sensor but smaller and more robust body
I would love to do a side by side comparison of the action 4 and AcePro! I almost bought the action 4, but everything I read said that the acepro was better for low light
Dude you just hit on so many things that would drive me insane about go-pro! I legit think the GoPro 1 was ground breaking, but each generation seems to frustrate me more and more. And honestly I don’t care about GoPro 12 vs 10, I’d love to see and would be happy to throw 5 bucks towards insta 360 vs something else. I know I asked for this video and you killed it, legit better than I expected. Good job my man! 🙌

Really selling me on a secondary action camera here. My Hero 11 Black has been iffy on if it is actually recording and it EATS battery. Also, when using the "button" remote, it doesn't like to reconnect. So there I am on grid, not able to get out and check my camera. It's a real pain.
I forgot to touch on battery life! My hero10 has overheated a few times and shutoff. It's a non-issue with the acepro so far :)
I’m normally just a “go with the flow”…… but my son got me a media kit for my hero 10…… and wow…. That’s a pain….. lolol and I’m not dealing with the software issues yet…. Just the physical issues.
I really like my hero10, just there are some quirks that drive me nuts lol
@@DoctoredGarage same. I LOVE the camera. That media mod is interesting. 1st thing I had to do was battery replacement.... and that's a chore in itself! Lol lol
