You don’t need him as a coach, he’ll give you anything anyone else could. - Get good food - Get consistent good sleep - Stop program hopping, find something you like and make consistent effort and follow your program and don’t make dumb decisions and hurt yourself
I'm asking cus you literally inspired me to start powerlifting and I'm a newborn powerlifter so idk how to train right. I currently have a squat day, bench day, deadlift day, and core day but idk if I'm doing it right. I have a 338kg total after powerlifting for 7 months. I'm just asking for advice.
Im a big rondel, jesus , boobb fan, but austin might be the best modern lifter. This is insane at his weight.
He’s my body weight moving 700 is crazy. The most I could 372 rn. I need him as my coach. Makes it look so easy! Sheffield isn’t ready!

He's moving my bodyweight that's crazy. (I'm 700)
Staying injury free is the most important factor. When I got in the 500’s it was always hit the injury wall.
@@Warriormannersif you are injury prone , you are going to have to stick with a bunch of Prehab and smart programming.
@@Warriormanners agreed just because someone is a genetic monster doesn't mean they have some sort of special coaching talent.

The bar moves so fast that I literally blink and miss some of his sets LOL. Superhuman
