If all else fails and the part is just a little too wide for the bed, you may be able to fit it at 45 degrees. Worth a try.

Definitely worth a try if the dimensions are close. Thanks for the suggestion, and for watching!

Congrats! I've been following along with all you big-iron Tandy owners on the Tandy discord for a while. I might have to make some space for something bigger amidst my Model 4s and Model 1s.

If you can get ahold one one, especially if you can get one without shipping it, I highly recommend them. Just be warned…they’re addicting. 😁

"Wahoo!" Smooth in and out action is important. "Cheers!" Now relax and enjoy your liquid sunshine.

Great job... I wonder if you could send the .stl files to Send-Cut-Send and have them make it out of 16 gauge steel...

I did look at the price of a metallic version at ShapeWays…it was thousands of dollars. 🤣 To go metal, I’d want to thin it a lot. The walls are thicker mainly because of the PLA; the Tandy cage is metal and much thinner. Now, if I hit a lotto, I’ll make a gold one. Just to have.
