Woah those cakes really do look incredible! I would love to try the one shaped like an apple 😃

Thanks soooo much Elvin🙌🏻 Nice to meet you🤗

Wide array of food stalls and food stuffs at Hawker Street! Mouth watering Roti plus Chicken Curry! Interesting crunchy sweet squid :-) Soft textured chicken rice, looks good stuff. Topped it with tasty desserts, I think your night is just perfect. Thanks Nick and Helmi.
Umm wow the good looked absolutely amazing guys😻 the hainese chicken would taste fantastic cause it looks delicious. I love everything about this video especially the dessert cake. Take care xx
I love Helmi’s voice. I will have to add these places to my list I go to Syd a few times a year
Thanks Kimi😁🙌🏻
Love seeing how lively things look in Sydney right now!
Yes, back to normal days 🤩
Wow Koi looks legit!!! Look at the desserts!!! Its luxurious!
Yep, mastechef material haha😁
The food on the streets looks yummy! Greetings from Palma de Mallorca!
Reynold Poernomo's dessert is the most beautiful masterpiece I've ever seen, binge watched his dessert that he made on Masterchef Australia ever since YT recommended his dessert on my feed.
Yesss so pretty 🤩🤩
Nicks chicken rice looked bomb, and we can imagine the rice being so flavorful with all the chicken drippings in it. The Squid dish looked so sticky, crunchy, and sweet, and glad to see that you really enjoyed it. The Lanterns hanging all over the area, was really beautiful! 💖🤗😘
Indeed so pretty at night 🤩
Indeed it looks beautiful at night! It reminds us of our jiufen trip in Taiwan! 😍
I also love coriander! 🙌 That cake looked amazing. I'm definitely adding KOI to my list! 🍰
Yes come to Sydney, Chelsea☺
One of your best....entertaining
Thanks tim😁
My go to Hainanese chicken rice is so addictive!!! That fried squid looks amazing
Love them! Great combo too
Treating yourself to 2 desserts love it! Glad it was as delicious as it looked. Lol love Helmi trying to help her friend out at the end 🤣
Haaha🤭🤭
Cool you guys have a hawker center in Sydney - do agree it does look commercialized of course when you’re used to the real deal in SE Asia!
Yes it's like levelled up hawker center hahaa😆
Really just love seeing how strong Sydney came back and with no masks... We finally ate at a restaurant again today in istanbul and it felt really good.
Oh that's really good news!🤗
Hey Nick and Helmi! So cool you guys checked out Hawker street food! You always find the coolest spots for food. Wow.. that Roti Jala looked so yummy paired with the chicken curry. We would LOVE that dish! Sorry to hear the roti wasn't sweet enough for you Helmi! But we know you love your sweets.
Haha thanks girls🙂 apparently it's not supposed to be sweet but really great pair with the curry 👌🏻
That chicken curry looks amazing! 😍
We’ve had roti jala in Malaysia with curry dishes and usually it’s yellow and looks more like a net - good stuff!
Common dishes across countries, love it
Big fans of Reynold’s creations, watched Masterchef especially when he was in.
I was sad that he didn’t win, even for the second time last year 🥲
Have visited KOI before and got the degustation menu, dined in on the second floor. One of the best memorable moments in Sydney!
We tried his popular “Moss” cake that he created during the Masterchef competition 😍😍♥️
Looking at the Teaser menu! All looks so good! After 3 weeks training I can make all of those lol
Boba master haaha🤩
Wow! so many food! It must be really hard to choose what to eat 😅
That roti looks amazing guys. Ufff that chicken rice dish too.
Yesss✌🏻🙌🏻
Chicken rice is so popular in Malaysia, both halal n non halal. There's even a local franchise called chicken rice shop. U can easily find this dish in stalls, street shops, night markets, food courts etc.
I love Kensington street 😍
4:35 that looks so good!
Haha Helmi's face on the roti jala! Glad you weren't disappointed and even enjoyed the chicken curry as a "side".
Loll so good✌🏻
Aww roti jala 😍
Too bad you expect it sweet Helmi haha. I never had sweet roti jala before. However I had the kue dadar gulung a lot which is also palm sugar and coconut filling wrapped in pandan pancake, agreed that one should be much better than the savoury roti jala haha 👌🏻
Wow. D desserts. A must for me. More footages of d lovely desserts, please.
They got lots of pretty cakes 🤩
@@nickandhelmi 😁😁😁
@@nickandhelmi Any plan to try n film just cakes, desserts n pastries in Sydney, this place looks good too. 😁
@@Yasin_Affandi i love to do dessert video😆 but we definitely need to film over few days/weeks ☺
@@nickandhelmi Sounds wonderful. 😁🇲🇾😁
A lot of bars and a lot of restaurants sounds really good lol
We'll take you here for sure ☺
haha that's such a hard choice to pick between desert or bubble tea! I love both too much 😂
Thats why i got both 🤭
Bubble tea makes us happy too! 😊Haha. Even better when you can have it all to yourself 🙃
Hahaa yess✌🏻
Thank you for the video. I didn't even know Kensington St even existed. I can't wait to try. Imagine taking your dog to that feast of food heaven - pure torture for the dog lol
Hahaa true 😆 poor doggie must be so hungry lol
Hainanese Chicken Rice! yes we love the smell from the rice, too! 👍👍👍 look at the juicy chicken leg!! OMG 😱
Wow
Even if it's commercialized it still looks like a cool place to hang out and find some random treats like that roti Jalat. I'm with helmi totally expected that green roti to be sweet 😂 confusing. The chicken rice looks solid 👌 n at least you got your boba later on helmi 🥂 Did you say that is your favorite pho place nick? 🍜 😍
Roti jala looks like a crepe! A take on it I never seen before wow
All boba for Helmi!
Second dessert sounds great. Those desserts look so freaking awesome, we want them all.
So Monkey's corner first and then Koi, got it 😁
Haha yes correct
5:50 that dog definitely wanted some 😄😄
Couldn't resist 😄
Nice place to hang out
Definitely😄
That dessert shop looked amazing with so many choices. That layer cake was beautiful but also expensive. Makes sense why he was on TV before. We hope Helmi's friend finds a boyfriend soon and Helmi can be the matchmaker on YT!! LOL!! Great video and love you guys to the mother effin' moon!🤗💖😊🌛😘
Opening up new matchmaker business soon girls haahah😂
@@nickandhelmi 🤣🤣🤣
I agree with Helmi, I need a weekly fix of boba tea
Yess chris 🙌🏻💯
We love roti jala but we've never seen it in green before 😃
They use pandan for this apparently, interesting
Roti jala in indonesia usually like that we eat it with chicken curry or lamb curry and ‘acar’. The one that Helmi mention i think its kue dadar its a sweet dessert with coconut & brown sugar inside
Oh! 🤣🙌 i see!
First?
After a year, maybe its about time I return to the cinema then eat at Spice Alley afterwards - definitely want to try the squid.
Thanks Kathy😁 Oh Palace Cinema, we've only been once but really good 👍🏻
Yas dessert for the dessert Queen!
Haha🙌🏻
KOI is on my list now. wanna try Reynold's dessert!!
Hehee🤩🙌🏻
Whoa! That Central Park area looks NICE. So refreshing to see people without masks over there.
Yup 😁 we're mask free unless public transport here, super lucky 👍🏻
4:28 same, what i love from the chicken rice is the rice, then the chicken lol
So fragrant 😋
Ginger and Spice have the best Hainanese chicken in Sydney. I missed their Neutral Bay Restaurant.
Yes🙌🏻 we missed it too🥲
These food tours will get me lost because I don't what to order.. thank goodness you guys can help narrow it down lol 🙂
Hahaha we help you😂
good video
What a name - Teaser! And the fitting Super Dirtea name 😂 “And the good thing is that Nick can’t drink it” 😂😂😂
Lolll😂😂
That looks like no squid dish we ever tried before... But we'd love to try it out soaked in soy sauce one day. I feel like rice always makes the perfect compliment to a dish
Definitely rice for life ✌🏻
Sydney looks so freaking Lit at night!!! I can't to go to Sydney!!+
Hehee yesss back to normal 🥳
Spicey alley looks so cool and it's so diverse! Yummmmm kechup manis squid. Hainanese Chicken is a classic and always hits good! whaaaaaa helmi 😂😂 super dirty 😂😂. Koi is amazing! hahaha Helmi checks out the hot dudes, Nick checks out the hot food 😂
So trueee, i check the hot dudes 😍🤩
First time seeing Roti Jala made with Pandan! Usually here's yellow, so interesting! Aww Helmi's disappointed :/ But that chicken curry looks good! Ooooooo love the kecap manis glazed on the squid!! Hainanese chicken rice looks amazing... now I'm craving for it! "Omg you eat the whole chicken?" - well, such a men's thing 😂
I never see roti jala with yellow color😯 really interesting haha
Try Dr Krunch @ Randwick sometimes! Their chicken wings & mushroom are so good😍
Ohh thanks Natasha for the recommendation 😊
We visited spice alley maybe 5-6 years ago, ah yes agreed the food is quite commercialised, not super authentic I would say. But glad to see Indonesian stall there 👍🏻
That's awesome Helmi was finally able to get her bubble tea. That's an interesting name for it "Super Dirty Tea" LOLOL!! We were cracking up when Helmi said she was "dirty" LOLOL!! She seems like a good girl to us! LOL
Haahah😉😉😉
@@nickandhelmi 🌛
Plz review the massive orange supermarket in wentwoth point .
Ohh asian supermarket? Like thai kee in haymarket?
@@nickandhelmi yes. ☺
"i haven't had my bubble tea for this week" hahaha
True story lol
Haha yeah Teaser’s dirty tea is not too bad!
Not the best but still acceptable, if you have other bubble tea shop options around like The Alley or XFT, they are generally better choices for brown sugar boba 👍🏻
9:47 Nick, you must ask Helmi to take bath more often lol
😂😂😂
HAHAHA🤣🤣
Like Helmi, super dirty 😄 that crushed oreo drink.. I need some, sorry Nick.. lol..
Loll
Where do you get your favourite boba tea, Helmi? What flavour?
Hi Ros, my favourite is The Alley or Xin Fu Tang for brown sugar boba😊 For non-milk tea drink, I love Coco for their Bubble Gaga 🥰
Helmi you are hilarious finding a BF to your GF
oh yeah, food.... hahahaha
Hahaha😉😉
Spice alley 😘😘
Thanks saahieel 😊
LOL Helmi!!! So sweet of you trying to hook your gf 😂 Helmi is so full of surprises!!
Hahaha😉😉
I want you to tried nepalese foods 😋
We love to try🙌🏻
Monkeys Corner by Reynold and his brother is my favourite spot there.
What a gem right🙂
Helmi, you really like you bubble tea. Which one is your favorite? Super dirty! Hahahaha Uffff.. that cake! Great choice.
Ahaa that wasn't my fave for sure but love the name 😉🤭
❤❤
thank you marta!
Helmi, did you work for Citi Chatwood??
Yeah :) are u carol yuen who was at citi too? Hehe
@@nickandhelmi what a small and weird world! I didn't expect to meet you again on UA-cam channel. Hey, your video is awesome. I enjoy it very much.
Omg carol! Thank you!! Hope you are well :) are u still in banking?
U forgot to mention KOI is owned by fellow Indonesian! Hopefully he could open a branch of KOI in Indonesia someday. Perhaps we could try the cake that u had for only 50rb 😂😂 But yeah Central Park is definitely gonna be on my go to list on my next visit to Sydney.
Btw the roti jala is not supposed to be sweet me thinks. Atleast not from where i am from. It's supposed to be eaten together with the chicken curry.
Haha true! Proud Indo 🇲🇨🙌🏻 His brother has cafe or restaurant in Jakarta so won't be surprise he will open one soon in Indo. Ahhh i think mixed it with other roti 🤣
Lol yes give the dessert queen her boba please 😆"Super dirty - like Helmi " 😂
Hahaha😉
Helmi looks good in her jeans
Thank you🤩🙌🏻
Where is Hawker street food in Sydney
Lucky 8th 👍 like 👍
Thank you😁
09:08 meme moment
Like Helmi, super dirty (and good sense of humour) lol... 😂
hahaha😉😉
The sweetness would overtake the curry..insee why they didn't make it sweet
Spice Ally is good but just not Hawker prices
Agree it is pricey 😅, australia is generally
What is that face Helmi?
Oh no, sorry!
